Best Western Plus Newark Airport West Reviews 

This is the most horrible service I had... I drove from NC to NJ with my two kids one is a 6 months old.... by already book the room on their site paying more. On the way to NJ called again to mention our arrival time. with 6 months old I don't wont to take chances... We arrived at the hotel min pass midnight and they say "Sorry Sir your room has been given to someone else, if you like we can issue a refund".... after saying that they gave room to someone else came after me... looks like they give priority to people booking more nights even they have to put others who paid and reserved the rooms already... Save you from a hassle stay a way from this place ! for few extra you can book better one... Wyndham Garden Newark Airport & Holiday Inn was next to this, we finally end up in Wyndham which had a decent room & friendly staff by paying $10 extra.

Close to the airport, good shuttle service for both EWR and Newark Penn Station. Bit dated. There's nothing in walking distance.

Short stay a quick over night. In and out from EWR. Shuttle picked me up from P4 very quickly. The check in process could not have been smoother. They have a bar and restaurant so that was very convenient considering its by the airport. Breakfast was included with my stay. I made sure to enjoy the waffle maker in the morning.

Excellent stay. Awesome staff. Super convenient location. I stayed two nights the breakfast was so yummy. I loved that it varied in selections. The GM and Steve both were attentive and really nice. I enjoyed my stay at this Best Western location.

Found this place by luck. Got stuck in newark airport and needed a place to stay. This place clean, safe and had 24 hour shuttle service. Was pleasantly surprise of how nice this place was as well as the how friendly the staff are Would definitely stay again.

My experience was flawless. All the staff were very cordial and polite. Even the Director of sales greeted me and offered me useful amenities options as well as plenty of fun activities to participate in throughout NY. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the shuttle service was prompt. I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely stay here in the future.

This is one of the hidden secrets of the airport area in Newark. It is a great place to stay and the entire staff here are great customer service ambassadors. I always tell my family to stay here when they go to this area. The managing team always comes to you to make sure your stay is what you expected.
