I love these weights. Let me tell you, I purchased adjustable from amazon and hated how time consuming they are. It was a barbell dumbbell set and it took forever to load and unload the weights. I returned it which cost even more money. A lot of other brands that do what BWSS adjustables do are either sold out, way pricier, or worse; BOTH.

These dumbbells are awesome! You DO have to align them perfectly straight when re-racking in order for a smooth transition. Otherwise, I love them. They have cut my workout time by at least 25 minutes (I workout for 45mins-1 hr) and they have really kept my motivation and self discipline up!
Shipping took about a month? But it’s worth it and expect it because I mean they are heavy!

I ordered my adjustable dumbbells a few days before thanksgiving. It took 5 weeks to arrive and when they did come, one of the bases was broken. I contacted customer support, sent pictures, and was told a replacement would be shipped in 4 weeks. It has now been 8 weeks, no replacement has even been shipped out. I contacted customer service for an update and they said “i was able to find a replacement, it should ship out this week. You’ll receive the tracking once shipped.” It has now been a week since that email and still haven’t received confirmation of shipment. So much for supporting a small business.

I picked up the adjustable kettlebell, and I wish I had done it sooner. It's the perfect equipment for doing a complete body workout at home, or in my case, the back yard.

Outstanding overall experience. Customer service was top notch. Dumbbells really are user friendly and upped my at home gym experience. I love the easy switch and small impact they have on the space.

I bought the BWSS adjustable 2.0 set. The price was better than any other adjustable set I could find that provided the smaller increments that I was looking for. Shipping took a little longer than I would've liked (just like everything I have ordered from other companies), but they still arrived earlier than they were expected. The dumbbells are easy to adjust. You have to make sure you put the weights in straight down or they will not seat properly. Also, you have to pull them straight up or they can pick up one of the smaller plates unintentionally. This extra plate will not be connected, only held by friction. I would definitely recommend this set and I will see what BWSS has to offer, if I need any fitness equipment in the future.

Never received my item after purchasing them. I called the number that UPS gave me and it sent me to a personal cell phone that kept getting forwarded.

We ordered a set of adjustable weights and some other items before Christmas. The BWSS team kept us appraised of the supply chain issues affecting delivery due to Covid from the beginning of the transaction until the items were delivered. Even during a difficult year, BWSS made sure they made their customer happy. I highly recommend them.

Weights are great, even though shipping took a while, they were honest about that which I appreciate!!

I purchased the BWSS 90lbs adjustable weights. Once shipped, yes, each box was 90 lbs and i needed a dolly to get them up to my apartment. Once opened I found they were packaged nicely and came in great condition. These weights have changed the duration and intensity of my workouts! No more unscrewing locks, taking off weights, putting on new weights, downtime of more than 2 minutes between sets. Im able to keep my downtime short and adjust the weight in seconds. If you have a home gym you definitely need to get yourself a set of these. These came in 3 weeks as opposed to Bowflex that quoted a time of 3-4 months!!! Their customer service is excellent as well.

I purchased the adjustable dumbbells that go up to 90 pounds each, and they are absolute BEASTS! I looked at buying a dumbbell rack for the last several months because most adjustable options only go up to around 50 pounds each, which would have been very expensive and take up a lot of space. The big dumbbells from BWSS are a must for anyone serious about lifting at home...great value and purchase!!

The shipping took about 7 weeks from when I ordered but I’ve been using them every day without any issues

When I opened the box, I was surprised. The set looked great, as if it was straight from the production company. I had heart surgery a few months ago, so I am only able to lift about 10 lbs. at the moment, however as each week goes, I will be adding more weight. Handle is smooth, removing and replacing them were a breeze. I'm considering buying another one when my health progresses. I would definitely recommend this product. This is the longest review I have ever made and I am one of the most difficult person to please.

1st Order in Aug 2020: Told there were "issues with shipping company, who lost your order" in December, FOUR MONTHS LATER.

2nd Order in Dec 2020: Reassured their "new better shipping company" would get me the dumbbells by Jan 18. Found out today in March (FOUR MONTHS LATER) that they lost the product again.

It's been eight months. These people have now offered to send me the dumbbells for free - but they can't even get these free dumbbells to their customers. The most ridiculously inept, ludicrous stories. They lead you on, but can't commit to sending anything. Horrible experience, and what a shame trying to support a small business.

Forget it, don't waste your time. The money they spend on Facebook advertising would be better spent actually trying to deliver products to customers. They keep having sales to increase orders, but have no inventory to deliver (or hopeless operational ability to actually deliver product to customers).

I bought BWSS adjustable dumbbell set January 1st. I received my weights 10 weeks later. It arrived with one of the two bases broken! I was told to send pictures/videos to prove it. Was then told that the new base would take 4 weeks to arrive. In the meantime I tried using the other weight, but after ONE use the front plates broke and don't lock anymore. It falls off every time, which was surprising and also very concerning as dangerous. Such a waste of time and money at this point. I could have gotten slightly more expensive but much better quality weights and much faster .

Yes, the shipping times can be a little lengthy. However, the equipment is high-quality. The customer service is responsive and considerate. Definitely worth every penny. If I had to do it over again, I would buy from BWSS Fit.

Ordered my weights on 12/19/2020 and am still waiting. I keep getting different excuses from the company. Like others on this site, I am wondering if this is a scam. Shame on me for trying to help a small business.

Arm broke on one of my weights. Support was super quick in responding and was able to get me a replacement. I appreciate it.

I bought BWSS 2.0 adjustable dumbbells and the back plate on one of them doesn’t lock. It falls off every time, although not always right away. It was a nice surprise the first time it happened when they were over my head. They’re instructions are four pictures so I can’t even figure out how to fix it. Waste of money and time as they took 7 weeks to arrive.

Such terrible shipping and what a crap product.
The weights arrived in its damaged box & way later than reported.
Also the weights themselves- although “weights” they are extremely poorly made- I’m embarrassed to have them in my home and it’s painful to workout with them as their finishes cut and dig into the skin.
Such an epic waste of money.
Order elsewhere- I wish I had.

Great adjustable dumbbells. Love them for the small indoor gym we created. We like that 5-45lbs are available in one dumbbell. Looking forward to many workouts with these. Shipping took approximately 6 weeks- which was expected and stated when we ordered. Customer service has been professional and prompt. Would recommend.
