I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with BX Networking Group.

I joined their Platinum Membership in February 2025 and paid the full upfront fee for what was clearly advertised as a 12-month commitment. I fulfilled that commitment in full. At no point was I told that the membership would automatically renew, and I was never asked to sign a direct debit authority or any contract permitting ongoing charges.

In February 2026, after the 12-month period had ended, BX Networking Group deducted $100 directly from my bank account without any notice, reminder, invoice, or renewal confirmation.

To be clear:

I never signed a direct debit authority

I was never provided with a contract

I was never given terms and conditions at the time of joining

I was never informed the membership was recurring

I received no renewal notice or opportunity to cancel

There is no clear cancellation option on their website

When I contacted their team, they referred to terms and conditions that were never provided to me when I signed up.

This lack of transparency and the unauthorised charge is extremely concerning. Businesses should not be charging customers without clear consent, proper disclosure, and notification.

I would strongly advise anyone considering joining to ensure they receive written confirmation of all terms, renewal conditions, and cancellation procedures upfront.

A scam? - The Jury is out

Broken promises, lack of value for money.

Referrals promised and not received.

With a value guarantee that is questionable at best.

Ghosted when concerns are raised by senior managment and Owner.

Dwindling numbers that offer little value for membership.

Quick to take your $1000 plus but offer little support or substance to their offering.

Is this a scam to exploit small Mum and Dad business owners with false hope?

I am not privy to the internal workings of this organisaiton but I am very conscious of my experience and would recommend people think very carefully before joining what I consider a dubious business offer and opportunity.

These days, money can be hard to make for small business, could there be a better use of your funds?

Remember words are cheap and with Bx I would suggest that Buyers Remorse has a high chance of being the end result.

A learning curve for me was watch what people do and pay less attention to what they say.
