We have ordered a bag but after use the bagstrap is broken, good service they send us the new strap

I purchased a set of mini GPS units. They arrived after a few weeks. One was working but the battery was not like it should be. And the other unit was DOA. I asked their service email for new units and they immediately sent new ones. Not the cheapest choice but great service you don't get very often!

I have received some nice shoes that were like the description in the photos on the website. Unfortunately they were too small. I chose a size larger, but still wasn’t enough. I told the customer service and got a quick reply. The woman offered a pay back because shipping to China is cost worthy and expensive ofcourse. So even when this company doesn’t have a European stock building to make a return and ask for another pair, we made a good middle way together to fix a discount on the orderprice, so I kept the shoes.
This is also a good deal. So I was satisfied in the end. The money was paid back in a couple of days, so soon enough as well!

The carrier did send me a delivery notification, without having actually delivered the package. I contacted the team at BySoof, and they have been very constructive and responsive as they offered to re-ship the package, while it apparently wasn't even their mistake. Therefore, a well-deserved 5-star rating for team BySoof!

My experience with customer service of MySoof is very good. Initially I wanted to return a product, but customer service advised me to keep the product with a partly refund of the product. I stand correctly with this choice, since it is a more practical and especially sustainable solution!

On the site's page for Pet Tracker they say you can find your pet based on a GPS signal, but the shown tracker only works with bluetooth within Bluetooth range. That's not GPS, so this is misinformation. A scam

They don't answer email.

Ordered a purple haircolor for 29 euros for a project. It says directly available on the website. 10 days later no product. The tracking site says it is in China! I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it was coming from China anyway. Emailed the seller many times, no response. Complete scam, stay away.
