I need a last minute dress for a wedding. I found the perfect dress and paid for it with Afterpay which was a blessing. I ordered on the Monday afternoon for a wedding on the Friday and my beautiful gorgeous dress was at my house on the Wednesday. The dress felt absolutely beautiful on and I was very happy with my purchase. Thank you By Amica you are a lifesaver!

Not only can you not get a refund for what you buy - only store credit - but then they decide they wont even honour the store credit because there is an odour on the dress!! That's how the dress came, I didn't even try the flimsy thing on because I didn't like the style, so maybe you should be quality checking and sniffing your products before sending them out!! Now I have to pay postage to have the dress sent back to me, don't waste your money here unless you're 100% confident with the product you are buying

I have many items from here from tops, jeans and dresses and always get compliments and recommend this online store to absolutely everyone.
I first came past this store as a plus size girlie and fell in love straight away due to the size inclusive brand in every item they sell online, being plus sized for many years I hated shopping everything in plus size was minimum options and the styles were not as nice and then I found by amica with so many options in every and any piece was a breath of fresh air. The staff are so friendly and helpful when you have questions about a piece and if you need an item fast turn around. Fave store and will continue to shop here for many years, keep up the good work 🩷

I ordered a few dresses for my friends wedding and I changed my mind last minute and ordered another just over a week before the wedding. I was super scared it wasn’t going to be here on time because I live in NZ and it came within a week and it was just simply beautiful 😍 everything is super easy from the moment you order to checkout and they ship out fast!! I have now told everyone to purchase from Amica!!

I tried to respond earlier regarding your return policy however the review set up does not allow me. After speaking with my Amica, I understand that while your policy may be stated clearly, under Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees), retailers do have the flexibility to make reasonable exceptions—yet your team chooses not to.

There was nothing wrong with the product; I simply tried it on and packed it up shortly after. I found your returns approach to be rigid and lacking in the flexibility that most online stores provide. As customers, we’re already taking a risk by purchasing items we can’t try on first—so a fair and practical returns process is essential.

Unfortunately, your policy and how it's handled do not reflect the kind of service or integrity I expect when shopping online. This has been the first time I’ve encountered such inflexibility from an online retailer.

Poor quality poor customer

I ordered dresses from this store and was very disappointed — the fabric was thin and cheap, nothing like the descriptions or photos. Despite raising my concerns, customer service only offered store credit and never acknowledged my disappointment or the misleading quality. Slow, unhelpful responses made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend buying from this store

I love this company the especially the dress selection, I also love the fact that you have 2 models for the clothes it really helps me with seeing what may suit my body type.

The models show all body types so I felt super confident in purchasing from a brand that celebrates everyone no matter what their size is! The material of my dress was amazing quality I can’t wait to repurchase for my upcoming event!

Got a dress a while ago in the sale - havent yet had the opportunity to wear it . Customer service was very helpful with my sizing questions and delivery was quick to nz, even with a sale on. Would purchase again if i have a formal event.

Great clothes, my go-to as a plus size girly for any event dresses. The only reason for deducting a star is that the return policy isn't the best... But with that said, I luckily haven't had/wanted to return anything yet.
