Steals content from creators and doesn’t pay them!
Bad experience with returns. Didn't know tgat even if I refused to accept a parcel, I have to pay shipping costs. Will buy from another site now if needed. The website should specifically state 2 thi:
1. Do not refuse the product as a return is the customer's responsibility.
2. Customers are responsible to pay duty.
Was sent a defective product and they refused to send replacement, despite sending picture of the damaged product I received. They said "final sale" and told me they don't care how it arrived, everything is final sale. So they are totally ok with customers getting broken items and hide behind their policy by refusing to send replacements or even offer to fix it.
