This is a company that purports to be in Maine, but actually it is Chinese and it operates from China. In the fine print on its website, it states that any returns must be shipped by trackable mail to China at the buyer’s expense, e.g. FedEx, which may cost more than the product itself. The buyer must also pay all customs payable to admit the return parcel into China. As a result, when you email to notify them of a return and request a refund, they point out the extremely high mailing cost of a return makes it impractical to do so, and offer a meager 10% discount.
