Absolutely shocking quality, website is great looks like you’re dealing with a good quality store but its temu in disguise. The top is nothing like the pictures it says their based in Norway but garment comes from china.
And the prices are expensive for what you get ,I thought this top had come from a jumble sale it’s not even got any tags or labels on it.
The arms are long enough to reach your feet and the body is that small you can see by belly button.
The returns policy doesn’t exist just threw the top in the bin. Absolutely rubbish.

Basically a scam. Based in Norway seemingly, although unclear from their publicity. Swim shorts did not arrive in predicted timeframe. Refused return for no apparent reason. NEVER USE THIS RETAILER!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY:
- Poor quality clothes that are nothing like the website.
- Takes weeks for the company to provide returns details.
- Returns are to China and you have to have it tracked. Small package is £24.
- The company then deduct further VAT and customs from your refunds.

One big con

Disastrous infrequent correspondence after sending several email since delivery date 2nd September, Beatiful DressI ordered arrive in appalling condition crushed in a small packet creases everywhere, never tried it on so dissapointed i hung it up in the hope the creases would fall out after a week still there, I’d contacted customer services the day of arrival did get reply & asked to send photos if which I did directly then no reply after 6 emails then suddenly one arrived after id given up. said if I wanted to keep it refund offer 5% £2.00 after waiting so long for replies & no statement in package I returned it to uk address on package it came in. Received two days ago email with apologies & if I still wanted to return the address to return to China correspondence far too late all ready in post, this company has truly disappointed me, customer service needs shaking up it’s in UK so why so much delay in answering my emails I was being completely ignored now stand to lose a fair amount of money through their lack of communication with me. Please if you decide to buy from this company get all the questions you need answered before you do do not be ignored dissatisfied out of money like I am now!

I made the mistake of not checking reviews for this company which I normally always do. Ordered shoes and a shirt. They took weeks to arrive and when they did the shoes arrived without a box and had been crushed in transit. Awful quality and not worth the money. Tried to return for a refund but have been fobbed off by customer services. Avoid this company at all costs!

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from this con operation. I ordered 3 polos supposedly cotton and a linen jacket . The jacket was supposed to be size XL it took 3 weeks to get delivered what I received wouldn’t fit a toddler and had the size label torn out. I sent them an. E mail they replied it was a size issue and not covered by their returns policy.
This is a con operation avoid like the plague. Does any one know how to get their web site shut down

Ordered 2 x shorts. Turned up 2 weeks later nothing like what was Ordered, cheap cheap nasty.
I said I would like a refund as they are not the same shorts as were Ordered from the pictures.
They actually replied to say that, a totally different item being sent, was not covered under their returns policy.
BUT they would give me a 5% refund if I just went away.
The place should be shut down immediately.

Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering.
Please don’t buy from this company, our government should be banning this site into the uk…it is a total scam
Don’t think to yourself it looks ok it really isn’t.
I ordered what was meant to be a fluffy snug winter coat for £70 it was more like a rain Mac….thin, no fluff and absolutely stinks of plastic, totally not wearable the quality is absolutely diabolical.
It does make you wonder how they make the pictures look so good, clever photography.
Do not touch this company no matter how much you think you want the item they are going to rip you off. Please be warned.

This company is total scam. Their items displayed in the website has nothing to do with the items that reach you out. Not recommended. This company it should be band and the governments should block their website IPs so it can be unreachable. I have bought a pair of vintage look alike shoes and I have received totally different items

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Item arrived over 2 weeks after the order was placed, was completely a different product to the picture and the description.

They reviewed with the team and suggested this was the correct item. Solution...a 5% refund or pay to post the item back.

Lesson learnt, never shopping here again.

Bought a women's cord shirt from the ByCastello website. Paid over £40 to wait almost three weeks for delivery then on inspection of the item realised it was incredibly poor quality. Covered in loose threads, areas of very poor stitching, has a sewn in label reading "Perfection Quality" and is made of a cheap synthetic fabric which is unidentifiable as there is no care/ fabric label. They replied to my first email asking to return but then have ignored everything else. DO NOT BUY!

Both items ordered were delivered in the wrong colour, the quality was terrible and I’m still awaiting a refund having paid £20 to return the item to China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Does anyone actually work in customer service for this company. Never again will I buy anything here.

Frankly my shirt was described as denim cotton and in fact was inferior polyester.

I have a negative experience like the other customers who left reviews. I bought pants that arrived from China after 3 weeks.
The quality is disastrous, the appearance and size are not close to what I ordered and what is shown in the webshop.
I could easily make a shirt and pants out of these pants as they were too big. When you contact them, they send you a blackmail plan to replace the item.
Avoid buying here, and this webshop should be reported to the consumer protection service.

Delivery hasn’t turnt up , refused to refund or investigate , can’t show me proof or delivery as it wasn’t delivered and have said it’s my responsibility to chase the delivery as it’s “ my carrier “

AI bot led customer support scam company. Avoid!
Bought shoes, they sent the wrong size, their mistake but expected us to pay returns postage to China (almost as much as price of shoes!) or offered 5% refund if I didn’t return them.
Either way I’m out of pocket for the company’s error.
The company returns policy does not include anything about return costs even for customer order error.
Consumer rights law doesn’t apply apparently.

Avoid this company. Scammers.
Order took over two weeks to arrive. I ordered an XL, when it eventually arrived it was way too small and terrible quality.
Customer service is non-existent. Refuse to provide me with returns information, apparently it’s my fault the item is too small.
AVOID. APPALLING COMPANY.

The garment I ordered was very small (even though no problem with other supplier in this size.) I emailed several times but Castello did not address my complaint. I returned the garment to the return address on their website - they acknowledged receipt but have not paid. A dishonest company with dreadful customer service.

I’ve had the same experience as many others. The items arrived three weeks late and were of very poor quality compared to what I paid for. There were no labels attached, the material was polyester instead of cotton, and the lettering was just iron-on prints.
When I requested a refund due to the unsatisfactory quality, it was refused. This feels misleading — posing as genuine products but actually selling low-quality copies. It’s extremely disappointing and feels like money wasted.
