I developed a more peaceful marriage

In Thrive, I learned how to be less angry in my marriage. Before Thrive, I would lash out at my husband whenever I was bothered by something he did. Now, when I observe myself getting angry, I gently acknowledge and accept the feeling and let it pass through me in breath, sound or movement. Then I ask the feeling what it needs from me and why I am feeling that way. Meeting my anger with compassion and curiosity helps me shift from an amygdala reaction to a prefrontal cortex response so that I can be rational and calm. Thrive has helped me have a more peaceful marriage and life. I'd recommend Thrive for anyone who wants to learn how to regulate themselves by developing a healthy relationship with their nervous system.

From Anxiety Recovery to Building the Life I Want

One of my biggest wins through Thrive has been learning how to actually build the life I want instead of continuing to organize my life around anxiety, fear, and uncomfortable emotions. Before Thrive, I spent a lot of time overthinking decisions, second-guessing myself, putting things off until I felt completely certain, and getting caught up in needing reassurance or trying to control how everything would turn out. I knew I wanted more for myself, but I wasn’t always taking the action to create it. Through Thrive, I’ve worked on becoming someone who trusts herself, follows through, and takes action even when things feel uncomfortable or uncertain. I’ve also learned what integrity with myself really looks like. When I notice a breach in integrity, I go back to the drawing board and look at which promises I’ve made to myself need to be reevaluated or tweaked so that I can get back into alignment with the person I want to be. I created a game plan with specific goals for my life, and one of my biggest wins has been actually completing it and seeing real changes happen in such a short amount of time. I’ve made decisions I had been putting off, taken meaningful steps toward the career and lifestyle I want, become more intentional about how I spend my time and energy, and learned to stop waiting for the “perfect” feeling before moving forward. One of the things that supported this shift the most was the focus on identity and building a life beyond anxiety and my emotions. Instead of constantly fighting a feeling or trying to make it go away, I’ve learned to let the feeling surface, allow it to be there, and then ask myself, “Who do I want to be?” and “What would that version of me do?” The game plan process helped me turn those ideas into actual goals and actions, while the Thrive community and coaches gave me support and accountability along the way. I’d recommend Thrive to someone who has already done a lot of work on anxiety and is ready for the next chapter, someone who wants to go deeper, figure out who they are beyond anxiety, determine what they want their life to look like, and actually start building it. I’m leaving Thrive feeling incredibly grateful, proud of how far I’ve come, and genuinely excited about what’s next!!

a genuinely supportive space for recovery

What I appreciate most about Thrive is that it goes far beyond simply managing symptoms. The program helps you explore the deeper emotional patterns, beliefs and protective behaviours underneath anxiety and nervous-system sensitisation.

There are many thoughtful exercises and homework assignments, including somatic work, that help you turn intellectual insights into something you can actually experience and integrate. Rather than just learning techniques to calm yourself down, you begin to understand why your nervous system reacts the way it does and how your relationship with yourself may be keeping certain patterns alive.

The group sessions provide a supportive space to share experiences, receive guidance and learn from the journeys of others. I have gained valuable insights into my own patterns and have become better at meeting difficult thoughts, emotions and physical sensations with less fear and resistance.

Thrive does not present recovery as a quick fix. It encourages patience, active participation and a willingness to look beneath the surface. For me, it has been a valuable part of building greater self-awareness, emotional capacity and trust in myself.

I would recommend Thrive to anyone who wants to go beyond symptom management and is ready to engage more deeply with the patterns underlying their anxiety.

Thriving again!

The program "Thrive" has been a tremendous help in my life journey. I am more aware, present and willing to live life with its challenges.

Before this program, I developed many bad habits that I am slowly rewiring, becoming a better version of myself.

I recommend this program to those who know they have more potential but need help getting the tools to achieve it.

One of my biggest wins through Thrive…

One of my biggest wins through Thrive has been learning how to teach my nervous system that I am safe.

Before Thrive, I didn’t realize how much of my life I spent in a state of alertness. I was always thinking ahead, trying to prevent problems, fix things, keep everyone okay, or figure out what needed to happen next. Even when nothing was wrong, my body didn’t always seem to know that.

Now, I’m learning how to actually experience safety in the present moment. Instead of automatically reacting to every uncomfortable feeling, situation, or emotion, I can notice what is happening in my body and remind myself that I am safe right now. I’m learning that I don’t have to fix everything, control everything, or carry everyone else’s emotions in order to be okay.

One of the biggest things Thrive has given me is an understanding of my nervous system and practical ways to work with it instead of fighting against it. I’ve learned to slow down, listen to my body, and allow feelings and sensations to be there without immediately needing to make them go away. That has changed so much for me.

I would recommend Thrive to someone who feels like they’re constantly on alert, overthinking, trying to control what happens next, or struggling to truly relax even when life is okay. Thrive has helped me understand that feeling safe isn’t just something I can tell myself… it’s something my nervous system can learn.

Insightful and Empowering

One of the issues that got me into the whole anxiety cycle was my struggle with boundaries and saying 'no' to people. Thrive has been incredibly helpful at helping me understand more what I value in life, and when to draw boundaries when needed. It's an ongoing process but I have actually made more progress than I thought I would! I'd recommend Thrive to people who are trying to sort out their priorities and understand what really matters... The support from the group is really impactful.

Thrive has the answers to your nervous system problem

A win through thrive for me has been understanding that it is a nervous system issue and not anything else

Before thrive it looked like I had no hope no one one gave me answers to how I was feeling but thrive did
They gave me the answers

Now it look hopeful I have answers to my symptoms and feelings

One thing in thrive that made the shift was people and the coaches truly understand and have the answers to help you bring your nervous system back to balance again to help you truly start to live your life fully

I would recommend thrive to someone who wants to get answers to there symptoms and feelings when the doctors have done all there checks ✔️ and they say there's nothing wrong with you but you have all these yucky feelings and crazy symptoms
Thrive has the answers to your disreculated nervous system that's all it is just overload of adrenaline and misunderstood information about your nervous system and your body, your not a broken person you just need people to help you understand what is really going on
Thrive has the answers that you need.

To give you hope I was one of those people just like you
Full of life go getter person then one day boom 💥
Panic attacks started and with that came all sorts of feelings and symptoms just like you....
But now I can live life even though I feel symptoms in my body they don't scare me anymore.
This is my honest review to Thrive programme.

Im a Christian who believes and trust in Jesus as my lord and saviour...
So if your a Christian just like me Thrive still has answers to help you as it did me.

Life Expansion

Thrive has helped me to take responsibility for my growth journey. Before Thrive, I often had a hard time expressing myself whether it was my emotions, needs, or simply point of view. Now I am able to have the deeper conversations that establish better connection and growth. Thrive helped support this shift by giving me the tools that help me to understand what my body is doing, and how to work with it rather than against it. I would recommend Thrive to someone who has been though a rough emotional/ or mental health journey, and is now looking to expand beyond it, and grow.

Thrive program experience

I learned how to become aware of my behavioral patterns and how not to automatically follow them.

Before, I wasn’t aware that much of our behavior is based on learned patterns that can actually be observed, questioned, and changed over time.

Now, I understand how to work with my unproductive patterns and how to deal with my emotions in a healthier and more constructive way.

Discomfort doesn’t always mean danger—it can also be an opportunity for growth :)

I would recommend Thrive to anyone who wants to better understand themselves, break old patterns, actively work on their personal growth.

My thrive experience

One of my biggest wins in thrive is having hard conversations with people. Before Thrive, I used to avoid that, and now, I’m doing that better. Thrive supported me in this through coaching and encouragement, not only from the coaches, but from the group as well.

Thrive is awareness

Thrive is teaching me to learn how to feel… like really feel, because I don’t think I knew what it meant, genuinely. I’m learning to see a life beyond anxiety and challenge beliefs that don’t serve me.

Bye Bye Panic gave me tools to manage physical anxiety symptoms, where Thrive is giving me the tools, Knowledge, and space to identify my patterns and build a relationship with myself.

I’d 100% recommend anyone join Thrive, but particularly I’d recommend to those who’ve been through the trenches of anxiety, know they’ll go through it again because… well, that’s life

But if you want to think differently about your world and have the resources to look past your anxieties toward a more active, present future, welcome to thrive.
