Excellent service, after having a horrendous experience from another delivery company. Kept us informed throughout the whole delivery process and took the 4 x parcels, which were very large in size, to the area we required. You have restored my faith in delivery company’s 😊😊

table and chairs from White Stores. Tracked from warehouse when picked up by Byeway to my house and then 2 chaps who built them were pvery pleasant and polite. Absolutely no problems and I would highly recommend.

Was meant to arrive on a Friday
Was meant to arrive on a Friday, didn't arrive until Monday. When it did arrive packaging had already been opened and driver put instructions back into box before handing over!
Thankfully contents were all there.

The two man team delivered my furniture on the due date despite it being the hottest June day on record. They had to travel a long distance and experienced traffic delays because of the heatwave but I was kept updated and the delivery team were professional and pleasant. Would highly recommend.

This was all very easy from ordering to delivery in a few days.
Bookcase is lovely however there is a discrepancy in the measurements. The depth of shelves was described as being 32cm however on the Bookcase we have received the selves are only 28cm deep! Could I have a comment about this please

Only marked down because Donal (delivery driver) was on his own and I needed to help unload to the garage. Otherwise great. Good communication and accurate timings.
Post script note. Just received a courtesy call to say thanks for helping their delivery guy unload. Don't get that level of customer service very often. Lovely touch.
