Complete disaster of the company

Complete disaster of the company. This is not even company, but rather poor one man show!
I have bought the water pump 12 months ago and unfortunately it stopped working. I have called them 5 times, at least, wrote couple if emails, but nothing happened. There is one and same person who is running everything and he doesn’t care about anything you are saying.
All in all - poor that it can’t be poorer!
After 3 months of contacting them, I am still waiting for at least relevant information to get! Try to skip this company big time!
