I'm delighted with the overall idea; the surprise effect really makes me happy. The packaging is definitely worth mentioning; it's a special treat. The products overall are definitely worth more than 20-30 euros; I had several creams in the box, and they were very good. I've only ordered one surprise box so far, but I think I'll do it again.

Goodiebox takes my self care routine to a whole new level
I feel very pampered and spoiled when I receive that monthly box filled with well-thought-out high quality and luxurious products for a small fraction of the retail price. In my experience, they truly care for the costumer, offering sensible solutions that will benefit you whenever you have an issue with delivery or something else.
It is also a flexible service, as you can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you need. Additionally, it is great to have the option to exchange “Goodiepoints” I earn by rating the products, either for a new box or for any product I like from the Goodieshop. Highly recommend!

There are many products available
There are many products available. Amazing sample sizes that have lasted me for months! Some of the hair products are not exactly suited to my curly hair - so it would be great if there is more options available

No delivery, and and I am still being charged MONTHS after cancellation
I cancelled my subscription after not having received two of the boxes, and now I am being charged again!! I bare that I now have to go through the trouble of untangling this and trying to get my money back (which I heard in other cases was not successful), cause CLEARLY the burden of proof is on ME, and not on them for continuing to take my money unlawfully. I’m outraged.
I strongly suggest to steer clear of this company!!

I have taken a look in our system and according to our information, you seem to have cancelled your Classic-Box subscription because you switched to the Lux-One. The subscription of the Lux-One has never been cancelled by you and I also cannot find any request from you regarding cancellation of this subscription from our side. Consequently, you are still getting charged rightfully, as your subscription is still active.
Regarding the boxes you have not received, I can see that we had sent you a document to fill out, so that we can go ahead and send you new ones. As far as I can see it, we have never gotten a response back from you on that. 🙈
We have now requested your full information, so that we make sure we have all the necessary data and then we are more than happy to solve the issue with you!
In general, if you experience problems with deliveries or payments, you can always reach out to our service via mail or phone and we will do our best to solve the issue as fast as possible. 😊

Sometimes you send one good brand…
Sometimes you send one good brand and/or product, but in general the box has repeated products and generic brands. Like an unknown shampoo brand 2 months in a row or in the past 3 consecutive months i got eye serum/cream/drops, which i still have 2 of them still closed.
I still have my subscription because once in a while you send a good product i wouldn't know if it wasn't for you.

This company will ignore your first email when your products are not delivered and then only offer a part refund they will steal for delivery €6.95 and an additional €1.63 surcharge!! There policy is to not refund you unless you contact them more than once, basically they will try to keep some if not all of your money!
***** I cannot seem to reply fully, please see the feedback from when I cancelled the subscription I also mentioned the issue there, the courier should be charged as the packet shop told me both times that they did not have the parcel! I don't see how expect to keep my money without me having the goods, or evening attempting ´´to replace what was not delivered, your company tried to keep all of money, and then on my second contact you are coming up with charges to keep some of my money....no other company does this!!!

Bisher haben wir diesen Nachweis von dir leider nicht bekommen 🫤
Laut des Tracking-Links wurden beide deine Boxen an einen Paketshop zugestellt, jedoch von dort leider nicht rechtzeitig abgeholt.
Alle Informationen zu der Vorgehensweise bei erneuten Lieferungen oder Rückerstattungen findest du in unseren AGB's, welche bei Abschließung einer Mitgliedschaft akzeptiert werden müssen.

I‘ve bought the discounted membership for 9,98€ and got charged. I didn’t get an email. I cancelled the membership because i wanted to see the box first but since i didn’t even get an email i tried to reactivate the membership but got charged 19,99€ this time. So i’ve got charged 2 times and didn’t get anything. I want a refund and my first box
