Good customer service!

After leaving a message via the chatbot, I was contacted by an employee. They offered me a solution where they had no obligation to do so (i had an allergic reaction to one of the products).

The only thing that could be easier is using the chatbot: on my phone, I wasnt able to upload the photo. I had to use my laptop to do so.

I didnt recive two last boxes. Issues was fixed successfully

I didnt recive two last boxes. However, after contacting customer support, all the issues were resolved and I received all of my orders successfully. Thank you for the great service and for the opportunity to use your products.

Pickup point is changed

I bought the box at the Goodieshop, chose one pick-up point, instead they brought it to a different city 20km away!!!!

Update: Goodiebox has initiated a full refund and apologised for an inconvenience. Apparently, the delivery company has redirected my order to a different pick up location.

A lot of the products they use are scam…

A lot of the products they use are scam products. They companies don’t exist, so they say the price is 100 euros, but in reality it’s very cheap

Great platform with lots of space to improve

I like the product varieties and prompt customer service, that’s on point, 10/10
The thing I kinda do not like is: I have monthly subscription, made for mostly face skin products, but last 3 boxes, I got mostly body skin products and hair products. If someone pays just bit more attention to that, you will be 5/5 instead of current 4/5

Perfect Welcome Box

I love the products and the welcome box is so, so worthy! ❤️❤️
For me it’s the facial products, specially serum and cream that I most need but can’t use them so fast as they come and there are some products I never touched 😒 It’s also expensive after welcome box (worthy anyway) but U can just stop for 1 or 2 months anytime U want 😊😊

We totally get that skincare products like serums and creams can build up quickly – they last a long time, and everyone has different routines. If you ever feel like you need a little break, it is possible to skip a box now and then. Just a small note: it's only possible to skip one box at a time, and you’ll need to receive one before skipping again. I think only the foot crème was something you could really use. Not really value for money..

I ordered on 5 April the Easter Box and…

I ordered on 5 April the Easter Box and I still didn’t receive it! According to the track and trace, DHL is still waiting on receiving the box. I am very disappointed because the box was supposed to be a gift.

Loved Every Bit of It!

I got my Good Box and honestly, I loved it! Everything inside was super cute and high quality — you can tell a lot of care went into picking each item. The packaging was nice, delivery was fast, and the whole thing just felt really thoughtful. It’s such a fun surprise to open, whether you’re gifting it or just treating yourself. Totally recommend!
