Taken money, nothing since!

Sadly I am in the same position as most people on here, paid and heard nothing since. Chased customer service twice, no response, messaged instagram team and no response. They have gone in to liquidation it seems and still taking money. With no responses all you can be left feeling is they are taking your money with no plans to deliver your order.
Shame as wanted to support another British brand!

My partner spent £400 only for the item to get sent back to them as we were away at the time of delivery. Lo and behold 2 months later and we still haven’t got a refund or any response to emails. Disgusting company. Will take them through the ringer.

Shockingly poor customer service. Emails upon emails upon emails sent. Completely ignored. Sent civil messages on their Instagram account when the account was ‘live’ - again, completely ignored. The package has been delivered back to their warehouse. Tracking proves this. Don’t trust this brand

After a month they still haven't…

After a month they still haven't shipped the items. Wanted to like the product as it's hard designing your own silhouettes, but don't order from this company they don't answer customer service inquiries and give you the run around after they have your money.

HONESTLY….Do not use these. They don’t deserve to get business when they take your money and then DONT deliver and just ignore emails and chasing for answers on when goods may ( or may not ) arrive. Ordered in January and still none the wiser if I’m gonna get my order or money back……they should take a leaf from couture club in terms of speed of service!

Extremely disappointing experience!

This store takes payment instantly, but after that customer communication almost completely disappears. Messages are ignored, follow-ups are ignored, and customer support provides no meaningful responses.

There was no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no proof that the order was ever dispatched. This is not a one-off issue — many reviews here describe the exact same pattern: silence after payment and no real support.

The brand presents itself as professional and trustworthy on Instagram, but once you pay, the reality is very different. The Instagram presence appears to be marketing only and does not reflect the actual customer experience.

I was forced to contact my bank and initiate a chargeback just to protect my money. My strong advice to anyone considering ordering here: do not rely on customer support, and if you face the same silence, open a dispute with your bank immediately.

I would strongly advise against shopping here.

You need to pay for a returns

You need to pay for a returns, also they dont confirm they received the item, then you have to chase them a month later then they confirm with sorry yes we will send you a refund and that takes 12 working days to get that money back, this has happened the last 2 returns,

I’m not really a suit guy, but my work requires at least to havegood style smart casual, which Cana outfit provides perfectly.

I’ve ordered already a couple of times, so I’m already a loyal customer. I’ve hated to pay extra fees and customs to get the items shipped to Finland, but the customer service has been very helpful. Now, I’m traveling to London, and decided to make one order in advance to be delivered to my hotel this time to avoid the excess shipping costs, and Lisa from customer service was extremely helpful and even contacted my hotel to make sure everything is ok with the delivery proactively without asking anything. Simply, I would recommend!

Very disappointing experience. No support, no accountability.

I placed an order a month and a half ago and never received the product. The delivery was marked as “refused by recipient” which is completely false, I never refused it.

Customer service never contacted the courier to fix the issue, and despite several follow-ups, I still haven’t received a refund. It’s now a month and a half

Firstly I’d like to say I love the pieces! Everything I high quality and very unique style which I love!
Will definitely be purchasing more items.

Thieving scammers

Ordered about $900 usd worth of clothes back in April. Customer service is non existent. They lie, lie and constantly lie. They say that they shipped the products but I never received them. The tracker they provided shows that the courier didn’t even attempt a delivery and returned the items. Probably because they lied to them and didn’t pay them and now they refuse to refund me despite informing them that I don’t have the products and that the tracker they provided shows that the products never even left the UK.

Be prepared to wait

Paid for next day delivery and the item arrived 5 days late. Requested a delivery refund and was refunded 20% 🤣

Didn’t have the strength to respond. Clothing was decent when it arrived, but not worth the hassle.
