FRAUD .......BYJU'S FUTURE SCHOOL

My daughter had a trial class on Maths on 25th Nov 22. She wasnt enjoying the lessons much, I had to quickly go out for 2 mins and my daughter told when I return that as soon as I left, her teacher asker her where is she from and the teacher was gone from the camera for a while. My daughter could hear laughing and men's voice in the background. She wasn't comfortable at all. Therefore, I dropped my decision on enrolling her for Maths tuition due to this negative behavior from the teacher. The teacher wasn't professional at all and I don't feel safe to leave her Infront of the camera.
For the trial class, you are giving your details etc. So since that day I started receiving calls from Byjus especially marketing calls etc to enrol my daughter to Maths, Coding, Music and what not. I told them the reason what happened. They arranged another trial class for her which actually went smooth and I was half convinced. My son did a trial class on coding. I dont understand. The idea of enrolling at Byjus started off because my daughter needs a support in Maths, but the service team at Byjus enrolled my son first and convinced me to make full payment which I did and started to convince me to enrol and make full payment for my daughter too.
I made a full one-off payment for my son's coding class and put my daughter into subscription as advised by Mr. Dheeraj Lotlikar. To the point you make the payments you get continuous calls and emails from Byjus. As soon as you made the payment there is no contact from them. I have emailed them continuously to please call me back to discuss some issues with the enrolment. This wasn't their attitude before we make payments. Once the payments were made, I started receiving marketing calls and offers to enrol my kids to Music. I told them it is not their interest, but still they keep on calling to convince you. What a waste of time. They convince you in a way by offering vouchers etc.
Anyway the customer service team completely messed my kids enrolment and I had few words with them. Dheeraj Lotlikar from their support team - I dont understand what is his job and what information is he passing on to the next department. He hear something and we both agree to it and the enrolment team do the complete opposite. I was very much frustrated.
I was convinced to enrol my daughter too due to the vouchers etc they offer as promised by Mr Dheeraj. I made one-off full payment for my son and he kept on convincing me to do the same for my daughter too. But luckily I put her on subscription. Her enrolment too was a complete mess which end up in a way that I stop taking calls from Byjus. Their customer service is very very very very very poor. I was told that the primary account is my son and they will set up the account for my daughter as a referral from my son, so I can get the vouchers. I was told to make the full payment for my son which I did and put my daughter in subscription (even though they tried to convince me to make full one-off payment for her as well, luckily I didn't).
They said I will get $400 amazon voucher after 21 days of primary account enrolment. Since they set up the account in a way that my son referred my daughter, they said when my daughter complete the first 5 classes I will get another $50, then again after 5 more classes, I will get $150 and then again when my daughter complete 5 classes the remaining $200. Upon God I promise, this was I've been told by Byjus.

When the first 21 days passed, I had a gut feeling that Bjyus will again come up with some excuses to find all the way possible to NOT give me the vouchers as promised. I was right. I enquired them about the vouchers and on 3/01/23 I received the call from Dheeraj Lotlikar. He said I wont be getting any of those vouchers. I was furious and cut the call. The reason they said was utter foolishness. They said an account was already created for my son and without knowing that another account was created. Now they can't merge them and hence I wont receive the vouchers. What a stupidity.

They are complete frauds frauds frauds. DONT TRUST THEM.
COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DONT FALL FOR THEIR OFFERS.
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT JOIN BYJUS. FRAUD COMPANY I HAVE EVER SEEN AND DEALT WITH.

Just don't go with Byju's.They are totally froud.First their councillor speak in very polite language to convince to purchase the kit and if don't like it then you can return it within 15 days of trial period. But when it the case for returning they are not supportive in any case.Councillor not receiving your phone not guide to get the refund.I have called so many times but not get much help and after returning the kit they are not cancelling the EMI as well.Monthly EMI is getting deducted from my account.I have called so many times and frustrated now.I am thinking of complaint to consumers court now.

Do not buy Byju's services

Persistent and disrespectful marketing calls. They fake Australian numbers through VOIP and make incessant calls from India harassing parents to buy more and more packages. The education packages are flashy without being educational. Kids can learn what they teach from YouTube.

They persistently cold call you.

I signed my daughter up for an introductory coding class. The class and the teacher were great, however my daughter and I decided not to proceed. The decision was made because we had a lot on at the time, nothing to do with the company or quality of the class.

They have not stopped calling me since I said no They call from a UK mobile number 3 or 4 times in a row if you don't pick up, giving you the sense that it might be urgent.

I've told them many, many times that I don't want to be contacted by them anymore, yet they continue to call.

I also suspect they've sold my data on, as since I registered with them, I've suddenly started receiving a deluge of spam emails.

We signed for free classes and got like 10 reminders prior the class and when we joined nothing happened for 10 minutes. When I gave them a call they said they are overbooked and I need to choose different time. We have wasted time and my daughter was really disappointed because she was looking forward for it

Amazon gift voucher instead of discounts, and gift voucher: you will never get

Initially enrolled my son with a Whitehat Jr which ultimately becomes Byju’s, they are more of sales people than people in educational society. They just keep on sending watsapp, emails regarding lucrative deals of enrolling more & more classes. Gift vouchers for making huge payment in one shot. Gift vouchers for reference.
But the fact of the matter is, it’s even harder to get those gift voucher. You have to follow them endlessly and in response you will get one answer “ concerned team is working on your request”

Strongly not recommending Byjus

Very stupid system. Byjus has made education a joke. They have no focus on the children. This is a new way of earning. Teachers are just like a leader who speaks in a public place. They don't care if children are getting the lesson or not. I stronlgy not reccomend Byjus. So parents please don't listen to marketing executives because Lot of false promises while they visit your home but no action after purchasing it. No satisfactory action after multiple follow-ups. Personal attention, dedicated tutor... All are fake promises. Will not be recommended. When you go to purchase then they call 100 times but if you are not satisfied or want to cancel then they never pick up the call, no response on time. It's very horrible dealing with the such a stupid system. Government should ban such a system because they run their own program which creates an additional workload on your children.

The most annoying ever

If you do the free trial, you can never ever opt out of their insistent calls. You can unsubscribe, email them, ask them verbally to take you off their lists. If they don’t follow GDPR and other international data privacy legislation with their prospective contact lists, then they for sure don’t care about your child data and video privacy.

Fake Company

I don't why Govt is allowing them to fool customers. I got my grand daughter enrolled in their course. It's been a month now and no is picking our calls. The guy who sold us the course is not responsible for anything. I wanted the refund and they are just fooling us every single day.

Its big #scam...#Fake Promise and #Waste of Money don't become a fool by Taking course

I have taken course for my ward for 3 year Gread 4,5, and 6.
I will request you all that parents who want to take courses , please get all information about refund and cancellation in prior Byjus are very smart to make you fool as their policies. Even not give info about 15 day refundable policy.
No proper communication between Seals person and Classes person.

They committed false promises
Paying fees to BYJUS is merely wasting parents saving, its increased frustration level due to the confusion of their communication of their staff, and waste of our time and energy.
It is useless and the marketing staff in BYJUS will brainwash the parents that your kid will join in IIT.JEE.

Nobody listens to the pain once money gets deducted. They are not at all accepted the cancellation request till 15 days and once 15 days complete then say now you are not coming under this 15 days refund policy,
They just make the time pass for 15 days and after that they started to say you just talk with our central team for cancellation,
Whatever number I got for the central team its auto transfer to same tuition branch and they again say the central team will contact you.

The Byjus cancellation process is very frustrating.

Its big #scam

Persistent sales calls put me off- although the coding part is actually very good

My son took part in the free trial and we went on to book a series of minecraft coding blocks. He found these extremely enjoyable and his teacher was very knowledgeable

Unfortunately, the thing that lets BYJU down is the sales calls, id feedback that they’re too intense and pushy, and renewed blocks at my sons pace.

Spacecraft programmes and lots of elaborate content is suggested is time sensitive to speed up the buying cycle. My son has since found a local coding class and enjoys interacting with other children while coding- something never experienced with BYJU.

Only sign up to the free trial if you’re happy to be inundated with calls telling you how special and gifted your child is…these calls can be unknown numbers, mob numbers and everything in between

Such a shame they’re so pushy or I would never have cancelled (plus I’ve told them this and asked to be removed from marketing and calling lists) but to no avail

MY AGONY WITH BYJU’S

MY AGONY WITH BYJU’S
I purchased BYJU’s learning App on October 2021 for my daughter who was in 8th standard at that time. The deal was signed when a BYJU’s man called on me at my home. At the time of signing the agreement, I informed that marketing executive that my daughter will opt commerce stream in 9th standard. Despite knowing the fact that BYJU’s does not provide lessons in commerce for 9th and 10th standard, he did not inform the above. It is pertinent to mention that I had paid Rs.86000.00 in one go.
The problem started when my daughter was promoted to 9th standard and the teacher started lecturing subjects of science stream. Then, I immediately called BYJU’s customer care, from them I came to know that BYJU’s does not provide lessons in commerce.
My nightmare started after I requested BYJU’s to refund the money which I had paid to them. First, they expressed their inability to cancel my subscription citing 15 days cancellation policy. But when I continued mounting pressure on them through emails and phones, they agreed for the same.
After more than 15 calls and 18 emails, my efforts which I had initiated in April, 2022 came to fruition on 27th September 2022 when BYJU’s refunded Rs.61000.00 against initial amount of Rs.86000.00
Though I succeeded in getting back the refund, I feel everyone has not so much time to follow up with such a callous organization.
One more thing which I would like to advise is that “take BYJU’s lessons only if your son/ daughter is above average student otherwise it would be proved nothing more than a farce”.

I did one tester session with my daughter which was fine. I didn't want to take it further, but for the last year this company has been calling me regularly. I get calls from random mobile phone numbers, each time someone different trying to sell me more classes. I have been increasingly angry, and ended up furious that they still won't remove my number from their records. I can't block them because it's different people each time. I've had calls at least once a month...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
