Rude staff and expensive
This last time they lost my GFs ebike charger and was very rude about it.
I have used them few times in the past, because they are the closest to where i live. Each time felt like I was an annoyance asking to get my bike fixed. And on top of that it costs more than most bike shops as well.
Although they are pretty fast once they accept to fix your bicycle.
Incompetent and dishonest. After leaving my bike with them for a routine brake bleed, the mechanic somehow managed to jam the rear through axel, damaging it beyond repair. The manager then refused to accept responsibility for the damage. This left me with a replacement part and labour bill of over 2000 kr. which I paid another workshop to do. The owner was defensive, rude and totally uncooperative throughout. I will never set foot in there again.
Inkompetente og uærlige. Efter jeg afleveret min cykel hos dem til en rutinemæssig bremse ‘bleed’, formåede mekanikeren på en eller anden måde at fastklemme den bageste thruakel og ødelægge den totalt. Ejeren nægtede derefter at påtage sig ansvar for skaden. Dette efterlød mig med en skade på over 2000 kr. som jeg betalte et andet værksted for at lave. Ejeren var defensiv, uhøflig og totalt usamarbejdsvillig i hele forløbet. Jeg vil aldrig sætte foden derinde igen.
