5* experience, really appreciated the help via dm to get my gf some jewellery. It was packaged nicely and fast delivery couldnt recommend more.

Really disappointed. My items have not arrived 2 weeks after placing the order. These things happen, but customer service didnt respond for six days and even then, they asked for my delivery address before assisting. Surely that is on record but will no doubt prolong a resolution.
On reading similar reviews on here and the company's responses, I have little faith that i will receive my items, or my money back.

I loved the claw clip and hairbrush. It’s both aesthetically pleasing and good quality. It’s nice that I was able to pick the colours and the details for the personalised text. It’s good value for money. It makes a great gift for a special occasion, or a gift to yourself.

I’m seriously so in love with Bymehshake 🤍 I first bought the angel number necklace and haven’t taken it off since — it’s such a special, meaningful piece. I loved it so much that I just had to go back and get the matching bracelet, and it’s just as perfect!
I also ordered a custom hair clip and it turned out even better than I imagined — you can really tell how much care goes into each piece. And don’t even get me started on the multi necklace connecter… it’s a total game changer for layering!
On top of the beautiful jewelry, the shipping was super fast and the service was amazing. You can truly feel the love behind this business. Highly recommend supporting Bymehshake! ✨

’m honestly really disappointed with my experience buying a ring from bymeshake. It looked lovely when it arrived and I was really happy with it at first – but within THREE days of wearing it, the gems started falling out. I hadn’t knocked it or worn it doing anything unusual, just normal day-to-day wear.
I reached out to customer service straight away and didn’t get a proper response. After chasing multiple times and still getting nowhere, I ended up having to raise a dispute with my bank just to try and get my money back.
It’s such a shame because the design is pretty, but the quality just isn’t there and the lack of customer support made it even worse. I wouldn’t buy from them again

EDIT - if you replied to your customer service emails as quick as your trust pilot reviews, you’d have a returning customer with me. But never mind ☺️

The most cutest and unique pieces! I’ve had necklaces and rings from this website and neither have tarnished even kept on during showers!!! The clips and brushes are so beautiful and good quality they make great gifts!!! Always my go to shop for little cutesy gifts!

My claw clips were adorable and personalised with my name on them! Such good quality and would make lovely gifts. I definitely can’t wait to purchase more from Bymehshake.

One item, a necklace, is nice. The other item, a ring, completely snapped within two days when I was adjusting it to be tighter. I paid £3 for it in a sale which was fine, but certainly not worth the £13 it would’ve been, clearly a very type material. And whilst the design was very nice and it was nice for £3, the quality was just not good and it did look cheap.

The kindest small business owner and amazing service in helping me order 12 custom claws for a bridal party! Prices and quality were far better than any i’d seen and they came packaged beautifully, thank you so much cant wait to order again soon! Already eyeing up the custom brushes :)

Gems all fall off within seconds, replacement offered which takes months only for an empty box to arrive - it seems I should’ve checked other reviews as this is a common occurrence.

I have purchased personalised claw clips on several occasions and the quality has been absolutely brilliant. Both the product itself and the crystals are exceptional. The communication has been excellent and the shipping was quick. I can’t recommend this company enough and will definitely be using them as my go-to for customised gifts!

I bought a ring for my daughter for a Christmas present. When she opened it she immediately noticed one of the stones was missing. I tried to contact the company but they have refused an exchange as it’s beyond the 30 day period. As I was trying to see if I could make it less noticeable another stone has fallen out. Don’t buy from them. Cheap rubbish. UPDATE- I see they are now trying to claim it’s ’wear and tear’ even though it was a Christmas present I bought mid November and unopened until Christmas Day when the fault was discovered. I even asked if they could just send me a replacement stone so I could fix it myself but they haven’t even bothered to reply. Honestly, don’t waste your money as there’s much better online jewelry retailers. This outfit are rip off merchants selling cheap tat.
