Problems trying to send back

Boots are lovely but needed to send back and get smaller size, you have email to be able to return them which I did but have had nothing back, so am stuck with a pair of boots that are no good, very poor on the returns.
Update
The company has final got back to me and exchanged the size for me.

Ordered an item from this website was sent back due to my own fault for not providing house number. Then paid additional fee for shipping again the parcel was then sent back I’ve emailed numerous times and no response will not be ordering again

Thank you for your order. We are sorry for the inconvenience with delivery however, as you did not provide the house number we had to wait for Royal Mail to deliver the item back to us, so that we could re-dispatch to you with the correct house number. I can see on the tracking that on the day re received the item back, we have since resent the item back to you, to your correct house number with safe delivery.

Really disappointing

Really disappointing. I purchased a skirt a month ago and it said it would be delivered within 10-20 days as it was pre order only which I was fine with. It’s now been a month and I haven’t received my skirt. I’ve had an email today asking me to review my purchase! That was never sent. No response from customer service either.

Bad customer service, slow delivery

I placed my order on a Tuesday and I paid extra for next day delivery as I was going abroad on the Saturday (I live in London but my location says Greece as that's where I am currently). The package arrived a few hours after I had left for the airport, so I paid extra for nothing.
I contacted customer service via email and Instagram several times, but no one ever answered. I honeslty don't understand why they have such amazing reviews.

Scam company

Awful communication

Have just had a bad experience with this brand from start to finish, once placing an order I had to message the brand several times about an update on my order as I had received nothing in 2 weeks. I was then told it was “preorder” which wasn’t stated when I ordered the item. The item did eventually come but was clearly drop shipped from Ali express. When I washed it before even wearing it, it fell apart in the wash. I contacted the brand about the issue and was left on read, I had to message AGAIN to get an answer, I was told I could return the item as it’s faulty, I returned the item and got an email saying my item couldn’t be returned because it’s faulty and out of the return period, even though when I messaged the brand It was out of the period and was given the go ahead for a refund, I have heard nothing since and I’m fed up with the constant lack of communication from this brand, never buying from again

Simply perfect

I can’t express how amazed I am of this company. The quality is amazing, looks so so expensive, Mollie is simply amazing, she answered all my questions, got my order shipped the same day, received it in less than 24 hrs - I’m so happy with my purchase and I will definitely order again; not to mention she uses sustainable bags and the branded touches on the item are just dreamy. Well done, Mollie - all the luck for your company, you’re doing brilliant !

I had received a skirt from by mollie…

I had received a skirt from by mollie and it had a hole in the back of the skirt near the zip area, and I message them to let them know and showed them the problem. And they messaged me back straight away with a sincere apology and they offered me next day delivery with a brand new skirt. And showed me the skirt they was sending out to me to confirm that it had no holes on it. What an amazing company and fantastic customer service. Would definitely recommend and I will be shopping here from now on 😀 thank you again By mollie.

The perfect Shacket!

First time shopping at this brand and I honestly loved it! I am in love with My shacket I purchased. The quality is amazing and is just as described. Mollie was so friendly and answered any questions I had prior to purchasing. Delivery was quick too Thank you again ☺️
