Your installer did a terrible job by destroying our sidewalk by running heavy machine on top of it.
Also your team delivered something heavy not related to our order and was sitting in front of our lawn for three weeks.

Installation was a nightmare!
While the overall quality of the play equipment seems fine so far, installation was a disaster. We were sent a very unprofessional team that did not have the qualifications that the company said they would. Communication was very poor and we ended up paying to have part of the installation redone by a qualified installer. If you are just buying equipment then you should be okay, but do NOT have them do installation because as soon as there are any problems, they will stop responding to all attempts at communication. We were very disappointed in this company's lack of integrity in dealing with customers.
