I am a severely disabled pensioner and…

I am a severely disabled pensioner and I am extremely disappointed and unhappy with my purchase from bypariah.com. I've written numerous emails to bypariah.com about a pair of medium sized Sabine Hoops earrings that I purchased for £400 after seeing Kate Middleton wear them at Wimbledon. I purchased these during the time when my late husband was very ill and struggling with extreme pain from Stage 4C Ling Cancer that had metastasised to his bones and lymph nodes. I initially contacted several times bypariah's telephone contact centre number, which nobody answered, to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the quality of the metal of these very expensive earrings and to complain about the fitting of the butterflies which were extremely stiff and difficult for my carer to attach to the back of the Sabine hoop. However I was never able to follow up with my complaint as I was struggling to care for my husband at home, who couldn't have treatment and wanted to die at home.
As my husband was my primary caregiver and always put my earrings on, I am unable to wear the hoops as my carer is unable to put them on me, plus she's very fearful of snapping the post of these expensive Sabine hoops.
I have worn various styles of earrings during my life and have never encountered a problem pair such as these.
I'm also really shocked at the level of customer service by a company that sells such expensive jewellery and who provided Kate Middleton with a pair and who can't be bothered to answer the telephone or answer emails to deal with customers complaints.!!
