When i was taking a 1 month Subscription it was working Smoothly and i am using since 1 or 2 Years i used to take a Only 1 month Subscriptions only But When i have taken a 1 year Subscription it was Showing me so many Glitches and my work was also has stopped and i cant do my work on time i was in very much trouble at that it was so bad thing for me with this app

At first, it was very good and undetectable, but now the humanizer keeps changing the meaning of words and writing off point. Recently, my assignment was detected by turnitin and I almost failed the course. The application should be upgraded cos I am on a one-year plan, which I did not bargain for. I advise that we should be able to prompt the AI to write the way we want.

I dislike that there is a minimum nuber for review the paragraph, it should allowed less evn sentences. Other aspect limitation on dictuonary and traduction. Should include more languages such as Spanish writing and the ability to put instructions. Overrall is a very accurate program. Those are my two recomendations.

I thought i had signed up for one month's. But when checking my bank I had been charged for a year. The advertised rates are very misleading

I signed up for this service believing I was purchasing a monthly plan. I then planned to cancel it immediately to get only a months worth. Instead, I was immediately charged £180 for an annual subscription with automatic renewal.

The pricing and billing terms were not made clear enough at checkout to reasonably understand that I was committing to a full year upfront.

Their policy states there is a 3-day (which is a ridiculous time frame probably to ensure you won't refund) refund window. I contacted support within that timeframe and received no response. There is also no clear way to cancel the subscription inside the account dashboard you are told to email them, which creates an unnecessary barrier to cancellation.

If you are reading this you have probably already been scammed. I am contacting my bank, stripe and the financial ombudsman service. I have already blocked any future charges but I'm sure they will try again. Not only will I make sure I get my money back, I will ensure I write a review on multiple platforms and report this site as a scam.

On top of that the bypass is just sloppy writing with symbols to attempt to lower the ai detection but it's bullshit and gets detected every time. This site is predatory and is doing it's best to keep your money once they secure it.

They don't even have a telephone number, alternate email or a location or any company details. I feel stupid for this but I will do my best to get my money back and report them.

Nobody uses their website. they are bunch of scammers, and once you subscribe, you can't unsubscribe and they'll keep taking your money.

Anyone who has had money stolen by them can report them on the Strip website. I have already contacted them and they will be opening an investigation into the matter.

Stay away from them, scammers. You won't be able to even locate where they are actually located or where their head office is, only scammers operate this way. Not a legit company. Once you put in your money, it's gone. They'll never respond nor refund. I'm fighting my case through bank to get my refund.

They responded to my complaint to make it seem workable. They still have not refunded my money. Avoid them at all costs.

No further response was provided, and my concerns were not addressed

I SENT THEM THE INFORMATION PLUS MY EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER- THEY MADE ME CLOSE MY DISPUTE INORDER TO RECEIVE MY REFUND.

Subscription was charged again after cancellation was already requested and confirmed. Support acknowledged the issue but repeatedly refused a full refund, offering partial refunds instead (20%, then 30%, then 50%). Cancellation process is unclear and billing practices are questionable. Not recommended.

This is a great tool, I've used it for my MBA assignments and project papers and it has worked out very well for me. I had erroneously subscribed for a full year's subscription instead of a month and the support team almost immediately initiated a refund to me. The support team was also equally supportive when I wanted to cancel my subscription, 5 stars to the support team! Great tool and will recommend it!

I didn't like their service. But I had to pay the annual subscription because I exceeded the 1000-word limit. A refund was not possible as per their terms. I used it for 4-5 days and ended up paying for a year.
Now, after a year, they are trying to charge my card again, and I don't see a CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION option on their site. This clearly indicates their intention. You can't cancel the subscription yourself. Luckily, my card expired before they charged me. Substandard output text, it's a useless AI product.

You still need a lot of improvement. Many times, the humanization is completely incorrect, and it has to be retried repeatedly.

I have now used the software and very impressed with the AI detector. I'm reviewing customer service, which was very on point. I erroneously took out a year's sub when really wanted a month. The team changed my subscription with no fuss and I'm now on my desired plan.

I HATE this company.
I tried BypassGPT and immediately realized their quality of humanization was poor as other reviewers are pointing out. They throw in random symbols/ sentences. I contacted customer service. Despite their claim of a money-back guarantee, they kept asking questions and never honored my request for a full refund. I will attach email below.
