This service is a complete scam. I paid in good faith, but when I requested a refund they flatly refused. The customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful throughout. They take your money but do not deliver on their promises, and they make it extremely difficult to resolve any issues. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Bypass GPT's performance following the Turnitin algorithm update on August 27, 2025. Since this update, the tool has consistently failed to deliver results as promised. Content rewritten using Bypass GPT is now being detected 100% of the time by Turnitin’s AI detection system, rendering the service completely ineffective. I subscribed to the yearly plan based on your claims that the tool could bypass major detectors like Turnitin, but it is now clear that the tool no longer works as advertised. There has been no official update, warning, or acknowledgement from your side about this major issue, which I find unacceptable. Given that I paid for a full year and the service is no longer usable or delivering the value it promised, I respectfully request a refund for the remaining balance of my yearly subscription. I hope you will address this matter seriously and respond promptly.

I would be able to give this 5 stars if the products did not require so many revisions. Sometimes the results a make no sense or does not use standard English, etc. My second concern is it is not interactive so I can't tell it what it is doing wrong.

I wrote a review yesterday explaining my situation on a refund, and I got a reply from them saying that they did got in contact with me and that they will attempt again. This is absolutely false and fake and from over 10 emails that I've written from 3 different accounts, not a single response. It's sad because I was a fan of their service, but not trying at all to retain a customer who just unwillingly and accidentally spent $330 on yearly plans can ruin your entire reputation. Now I have to call my bank and resolve this fraud issue. If Bypass reads this and still wants to fix this, contact me and please don't lie yourself out of a dumb situation, fix this mistake and improve the reputation you guys hold.

I accidentally purchased the yearly plan instead of the monthly one, and I was worried it would be a headache to fix. But their support team was amazing — they understood right away and processed my refund quickly with no hassle. It really shows how much they care about their customers. I’m very impressed and grateful for how easy they made the process.

I received really good service in terms of getting a refund for an incorrectly purchased subscription.

So far good, just that it constantly generates add-ons which are not required based on the original text.

After 27 August Turnitin update, Bypass GPT fail to produce results. its 100% fail, very disappointed with the results.

Now it is impossible to bypass Turnitin's check.

When I first used this ai it what great over a year ago. Now when I use it, it keeps coming up ai generated after 10-12 rewrites. Starting to be disappointed. If this keeps up I am going to cancel this.

The worst product on the market. DO NOT BUY

The 8$ option gives you only 5000 words a month
The humaniser often fails. It comes up with a gibberish, even uses capital letters in the mid sentence.

I have asked for a refund and was refused.
Instead they keep asking me to retry and use more words. My assignments are 4000 words , if I keep re-trying I won't have enough to do all assignment.

Their AI detector keeps telling me: human written but Quilbot (free AI detector) detects my AI generated content.

If I only read other reviews before buying this poop!
