I had a problem with the subscription, I'm still waiting answer and a resolution from the support team. However they are not honest, all I got was silence, so I have had to proceed through my bank.
All they do is writing excuses and pushing the responsibility on us, customers (such the one you will see below).

Whatever you do, do not pay for this product. Their money-back guarantee is a joke. If you use more than 1,000 words, they do not provide a refund. Many reports exceed this low threshold. That would not be so bad, except the quality of the product is horrible. A free AI detector detected over 40% of the text in a report may be AI-generated. Out of an abundance of caution, I wanted to rewrite, but BypassGPT failed to detect an AI text and did not provide any corrections. I paid the highest price for the subscription with zero benefits.
