Title:* Bypump withheld $400 deposit and banned account on same day - no response for 5+ days

I deposited crypto to Bypump on *11 May 2026*.

*Details:*
- Deposit date: 11 May 2026
- TXID: 0x05d043f547eb82135c125cccf6a19135dff9814378a7953726a5f109e11c340c
- Amount: $400
- Account banned: Same day as deposit, for “initiating withdrawal sameday
- Support contact: Last email sent 5 days ago, no reply since

I acknowledge I shared login access, which broke their ToS. I’m not asking for profits or the account back. I only asked them to return my principal deposit after KYC verification.

They closed the account and stopped replying. No explanation, no withdrawal option, no compliance contact.

I have the deposit receipt, TXID, and screenshots of the balance before the ban. Happy to provide proof to Trustpilot/Reddit mods.

If anyone from Bypump compliance sees this: I’m ready to complete enhanced KYC and withdraw only the principal.

This is an absolute scam don’t invest ❌

This is an absolute scam, I have to recommend the person behind this by the way his name is Cephas, scams don’t normally get to me. Once you buy a coin you won’t be able to sell till it dips, keeps bringing up an error message saying an error occurred and make it seem like network issues, again Cephas you’re a genius. Ask yourself, why isn’t there a verified bypump account on any social media platform 🤷‍♂️, I was too bumb to think about that at first

Their silver and diamond trades have been really good. So far, it has been one of my best trading experiences. The returns may not be extremely high, but they are consistent and sustainable. At least I’m gaining more than I’m losing.
