Good: Fast delivery & well packaged.

Bad: So difficult and tight to fit my 8mm shower screen and "flipper" panel. I hurt my hand attempting to fit the very long centre section. I even tried warming the strip with a hair dryer, which didn't make it any easier. In the end the only way I could push it on was using 2 hands, with a piece of wood in between them, which unfortunately left marks on the strip (see photos). Unfortunately, I couldn't return the item for a full refund, as I had already cut it to length before attempting to fit to the glass, not expecting there to be problem. It was the "PS-25-8 Folding Door Seal", I ordered, but now suspect that it was a smaller size, that I received.

Can't believe how quick this shower accessory part arrived. We were looking at Aqualisa spare parts as our showe rail etc was originally this brand but after seeing the extortionate price I quickly found this company. Brilliant item and super fast delivery.

Brilliant experience. Not a plumber and needed help on a through bath shower with non standard fitting. Answered almost immediately with links to the right products so couldn't get it wrong. Will recommend to anyone over the likes of Amazon

The shower sealing product is well worth the money, the scribed joints fit perfectly and the silicone is really good, I found the tutorial video very helpful. Well done on producing such a good product that works

Good choice of shower rails on the website - I had been looking for some time so was pleased to find the quadrant rail kit in the size I needed. Very good quality rail and stainless steel fittings.

Firstly speedy delivery. After 4 years with a constantly leaking pivot door shower screen and after using so many products that boasted to do the job I stumbled across the screen seal ultra. At last a product that actually lives up to its purpose. Just before I saw this seal I had to put a small towel on the floor where the screen leaks to soak up the water and prevent floor damage. Those days are over and I'm so pleased it's unreal. I have been considering getting rid of the screen as I was so fed up! Not only was it super easy to put on the bath but it does EXACTLY what the advert says. My mother in law has the same issue with her screen and I have suggested she try it as I doubt she'll be disappointed. Thank you Byretech for living up to expectations. 5 stars for sure!

I had a problem with a shower head from another supplier. I emailed Byretech after a bit of googling. They responded very quickly with helpful advice and didn't try to sell me anything. Their advice was sound and solved my problem.

I've bookmarked their site and will definitely buy bathroom fittings from them in the future.

Ordered shower head, hose and riser rail, which arrived on time, as described.

Not in the trades mysen but had no trouble fitting the parts as there are how-to vids on the product pages.

Call to purchase shower tray sealing system, 3x1m lengths approx to best sent to NI only to be refused as costs to much postage. Disgraceful and discrimination to a part of the UK.

Brilliant company was very helpful. I made a mistake with the order, they changed it no problem. Next day delivery by Fed Ex. The floor seal strip to stop water leaving walk in shower tray is fantastic! At last no water on the bathroom floor, it really works and looks great. It even came with excellent quality sealant to secure it in place. Would definitely recommend this company and the product. Thank you!

I used ultra 10 trim on a bath had some trim left over and I emailed them had a quick reply re ordering some more trim .
Paid over the phone and trim arrived within a day .

Got a custom made shower curtain for use in a wetroom. Curtain was competitively priced and considering it was made to order, arrived quickly. Seems to be very good quality and is already helping to prevent my wetroom flooding.

Terrible company avoid like the plague!!!!!! Called up to check details before ordering a bath screen seal which specified it was "suitable for all bath screens" as my screen bought from Screwfix had a round pillar which was much wider than the wall mounting plate so couldn't fit the seal which is 8mm wide in the gap between the round pillar and bath edge. Upon receiving it the screen still leaked so I emailed them very politely to see if there was a solution to which I was told I had installed it incorrectly and then all emails after that were ignored so I called up and again was very polite just wanting to get the issue sorted to which I was met with the MD of the company who answered the phone being very hostile to me explaining the situation, first accusing me of fitting the seal incorrectly then when I explained I had called before ordering and followed what I thought the person I spoke to had said then was told I must have fitted the bath screen incorrectly (I fitted the screen as per manufacturers instructions) when I mentioned this was then shouted at down the phone and hung up on. Very strange attitude to have towards a customer I was not rude at any point was just seeking information/clarification as a paying customer to try and figure out why the product wasn't working as advertised. There is no need to be rude and defensive towards a customer like this in my opinion.

Edit after company response: Rather than trying to improve your service or give accurate information when customers call up prior to ordering you try and discredit your bad reviews by making false accusations. The only reason I went out of my way to leave a review in the first place was due to your managing director who answered the phone being very disrespectful to me when I was only trying to find a solution to the problem I had with your product. At no point was I rude to anyone either time that I called prior to ordering or after installing the product following what I thought your staff member had told me on the phone for my specific bath screen. I rarely leave reviews as the company in question has to be especially terrible to get to that point. I gather from your response that your company attitude hasn't changed.

I ordered two made to measure heavy duty shower curtains. Simon was so helpful advising on how to measure and how many eyelets were needed, the curtains arrived quickly, the quality is amazing and best of all there is zero cling. After years of being attacked by my shower curtain I can now shower in peace. The best money I have ever spent. Brilliant.

I purchased a shower rail assembly from Byretech and the quality of the components and standard of manufacture are both excellent. Staff are easily available for after sales advice regarding installation and I was supplied with a replacement product at no expense to myself following a slight issue which I encountered during installation. Byretech were under no obligation to help me out with this but they did and this was exceptional customer service at its finest. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again!
