Great sofas at a bargain price
Great sofas at a bargain price, good communication & efficient delivery. Only small complaint was that the delivery people left the cardboard packaging for two sofas behind (quite a lot) and said it was our responsibility to dispose of!

Excellent customer service
I recently purchased a sofa and a mattress from Mill Furniture Outlet and had a really positive experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly, helpful, and gave us plenty of time to look around without feeling pressured.
The sofa we chose is excellent quality and extremely comfortable, and the mattress has made a huge difference to our sleep already. Both items feel well made and great value for money compared to other places we looked.
Delivery was smooth and on time, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the products. I would definitely recommend Mill Furniture Outlet to anyone looking for good quality furniture at a reasonable price.

Great place
Called in this weekend looking for a new sofa after seeing them on Facebook. The place is massive and filled with stock. Chris came and said hello asked if we needed any help and wasn’t pushy with it. Ended up buying a large corner unit that was nearly 2k cheeper than elsewhere and the sofa was delivered today. Couldn’t be happier thanks again Darren and Jen.

I was looking for some furniture and found them online and they also have a physical shop as well.
From my order being placed to being delivered was great service and I was kept up to date.
I had purchased a sofa set and it arrived fully packaged and I have been impressed.

We ordered a new sofa for our home…
We ordered a new sofa for our home cinema room along with a new bed and mattress for our 4 year old daughter.
Excellent service received and extremely happy with the quality. Especially the mattress, it's more comfortable than the expensive master bedroom mattress we had bought from a different company.
We will certainly be back in the future.
