Peeling dry skin and brown towels
Been on holiday got back middle of January I have not used the chocolate sun cream before now anyway I did get a lovely tan but Must of had an reaction as I ended up having water blisters on my arms and legs now I been home a few weeks and every time I get into the shower my skin peels off even tho I use moisturizer and I put baby oil on wet skin then I have to use a scrub to get rid of the dried skin but it still happens every time I shower. My towels from drying are covered in brown stains so there must be some kind of quick tanning substance in the cream that comes off when washing so I'm hoping in the next few weeks it will subside the tub should say weather it will stain clothes or not but beware stains do not come out of white towels even on a boil wash

Never mentioned about the dye coming off onto the towels !!!

Use the cream and gummies for a few years now and always come back from holidays with an amazing tan, also I use the cream and gummies on the sunbeds a couple of times before I got, I prep my skin for the hot hot weather, I even use it in the UK, can't wait to use it in barbados this year....

This is about my 5th order but not used yet , will do soon though , it is a great product and tried a few different ones , im very pale skin so find it hard to tan but no problem with Byrokko always get good tan , prices are great and fast delivery .

This are thieves & scammers !! 18th Dec I purchased goods from this lot for a holiday I’m leaving on Jan 17 you would think plenty of time ye ? Not with these crooks ! No matter how many times I contacted them zero replies until I got PayPal involved & once they know there’s a case number pending they reply that’s was only Jan 5th & they give a supposed update from the courier with a bound saying late delivery due to the bad weather in Ireland 😂😂 We had a little frost for 2 days just more lies ! I checked the update & it’s not actually had any update since Dec 22 showing the goods are still in Germany & this is supposed to be an update. Absolute Charlatans they are disgusting customer service & its terrible that I’m the paying customer not Paypal but they responded to them & only contacted me cos it will effect them by PayPal getting me a refund ! Buy nothing from them there rubbish to deal with ! Liars & thieves

If delivery doesn’t land at you address apparently it’s not their fault and it’s your loss!!
I put a £50 order in for a Christmas present, when I didn’t receive anything a month later I sent an email asking for an update. I was told I had received an invoice which apparently meant I had my parcel which I haven’t. They have said if the delivery company don’t respond as to where my parcel is then it’s game over basically and that’s the end of the matter. £50 out of pocket and no products. Even had the cheek in their email to ask me to go and knock on all my neighbours door to see if they have it. Absolutely disgusting service and response to my query!!! NEVER AGAIN

Ordered from you many times in the past and never had an issue until now. The order was supposed to have been dispatched on 09/12/25 and the status currently shows as an aeroplane symbol.
