I bought a pair of boots ( supposed to be leather ) and a jacket( which is so out of shape and sizing is not true )from these people,,absolutely disgusted in the lack of quality and shodiness of items,I would send them back but not at my expense and reading reviews here they won't return your payment and leave it so long the return frame has run out chinese rubbish,they are scammers please be very wary of them,,my parcels were sent direct from China

DON’T DO IT…I paid top dollar for what I thought was good quality linen pants and shirts. It was cheap, terrible quality and completely unsuitable. Upon making a inquiry about a refund, they offered to refund only 50% and I could keep the clothes, I refused wanting full refund as per T&C’s.. they gave me a Chinese address and said no refund until they received the items. I knew I had been ripped off.. I then started to get closing down sale and messages… unbelievable.

These are scammers - ordered a bathers that are not what I ordered the size is terrible the pattern is just printed in top but not even the pattern I ordered or was advertised. This is a Chinese company pretending to be a Byron bay company

The products are low quality material, items not at all as described or pictured on the website and not worth the value charged. Sizing of items are not accurate. The website/s tries to pass off as Australian clothing store/s with quality items but are actually based in China & are sweatshop rubbish. They trade under multiple stores and websites e.g. Klarisse St Kilda, Opal Noosa, Byronbay Boutique. Avoid this business & others similar advertised on FB & IG.
I have returned the goods I bought at my own cost on principle. I have emailed the merchant on multiple occasions requesting a refund and to date they claim they are unable to issue my refund, offering me a store credit instead which I do not want & do not have to accept. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC & commenced a transaction dispute with my bank to try & get a refund.

This company is offshore in China. They have been saying they are closing down for over 6 months and have set up false pictures of the Australian owners. The quality of the products are terrible. I ordered a dress and pant suit and they are going straight in the local clothes bin. Cannot be bothered returning them. Terrible experience.

Sham Chinese company that portrays itself as Australian company. Products are overpriced and very low quality, inconsistent sizing and not as described. Never again will I buy from them.

This is a site - based in China - not Australia. None of the clothing was as described. It is of very poor quality and very poor quality material from China. Certainly not as described or pictured. However, after returning the goods, I did receive my money refunded but it did need intervention and took a long time to arrange.

I accidently ordered 2 of the same item. After notifying the company they advised me they could do nothing until my parcel arrived. Then, they said, I could return 1 item and get a refund. I contacted my bank who were less than helpful. After contacting my bank I emailed the company only to get a message saying the email address was not found.

This company is a complete con- one star is too many. I bought four items which were appalling quality, ill fitting and nothing like that advertised. I had presumed (wrongly) that the company was Australian. I was offered 15% refund if I kept the items rather than returning them. Foolishly, I decided to return them (over a month ago) and the items are (apparently) still being held in customs in China. Despite repeatedly contacting the company, I have heard nothing more and expect I will not only loose my money on the purchased items but also the costs of the return. Do not buy anything from this company.

I would give it zero stars if it let me. Reminder to self, read the reviews before purchasing anything online! This is a total SCAM.

The item arrived, and it was two sizes too small and not what was advertised. The fabric was terrible. They're still promoting their 'closing-down sale', which has '8 hours to go' permanently.

Items are shipped from an unnamed 'destination', which, after some digging, is China, which is odd as it's promoted as being from Byron Bay.

I asked to return the item, and they said 'no refunds'. However, I reminded them that this is against Australian consumer law, so they offered a 20% refund. I told them they needed to give a 100% refund, and I sent it back to them. I am still waiting for a refund. Please do not buy from them!

Also, I've noticed a bunch of 5-star reviews from unverified people on the same day, which I assume is them trying to cover the bad reviews. More scamming.

Total scam. Shame I didn't read the reviews! Grrrr. Clothes arrived. Polyester fabric, revolting and no way to return and get your money back. Website doesn't function. So annoyed

Absolute garbage. I got a dress with a stain on it and it was all wrinkled it looked like it had been worn

SCAM! I am usually pretty good at spotting them. Clothing is so cheap and nasty! Temu is like 5 star quality compared to the clothing that arrived. Do not buy! Not based in Australia. So annoyed I was sucked in!

This is a scam and should be taken down! It is a Chinese company posing as an Australian company. Their clothing is rubbish, they owe me $250! Do not purchase from them! Why have they not been taken down?

SCAM this company is not based in NSW Australia, don't buy from them, poor quality, high prices (assuming you will be receiving high quality), refunds wont happen say good bye to your money.

I would give this no stars if I could. This company is based in Asia, not Byron Bay. They will send you knocks off of the outfit you chose, poorly made, no tags, in hideous fabric that you wouldn’t pay 10c for at your local Vinnies. When I tried to return it this was the response.
I could return to Asia at my expense and pay an additional $9.90 per item to return, or get a 20% refund and keep. This is a scam. Facebook group full of others also scammed.
