Scraping (and then spamming) email addresses from your competition is not something that any reputable company would do.

The owner attempted to DDoS a different hosting provider, but failed. Then they proceeded to scrape and mailbomb customer emails. They're also extremely rude and immature.

Law breaking owners/staff that DDoS multiple other websites and try to make them use ByteFend

The website links to the old Discord server, which is dead. There is no way to contact support. I want to use ByteFend for my website but they won’t even want me. Their control panel is broken because it won’t let me add my backend to it. The owner replied to me saying “Ok well I honestly don't even have time for people like you, I have better stuff to be doing. Bye.”

They send extortion e-mails out to customers of a popular and reputable host to try and offer their services. Avoid.

Bytefend.com is an amazing company, they provide amazing anti ddos protection for applications not just for websites, the owner Limes is very nice and helpful. Bytefend also is an amazing CDN they have many PoPs and using them has made my site drastically faster. I have serious doubts about all these other reviews most of them probably haven’t even given bytefend a chance!

Bytefend has horrible customer service, managed by an unknown owner. I would use more known anti DDoS & DoS service.

Limes / Felix A and others at this scam operation attack and threaten to attack random businesses in an effort to sell their "services".

They claim to defend, when in reality they basically run a Pay2DDoS service. STAY AWAY from these losers. They aren't worth anyone's time.

Bytefend.com is a scam. Subpar and fake service if it does even work. Services run on scripts, by a script kiddie with limited understanding of DDoS, looks like something they just learned about. Thank you for your time.

Bytefend.com is scam. They claim they provide DDoS protection but when my node was attacked they simply null-routed it and banned my entire account. Well, my site was just static html and family-friendly. Their DDos is not even Layer 1. It can't protect your servers. Also they did not refund an money, irrespective of them claiming that they'll refund.

Great company overall. Amazing mitigation
Some down time, but fixed in minutes after opening a ticket. Highly recommend

My website was constantly under attack and overloading my vps causing massive downtimes, since I started using bytefend all the attacks have been mitigated, I have little to no downtime thanks to bytefend.

I am on the free plan and it I definitelyrecomend it if you want to try things out.

bytfend is probably the best anti-ddos provider i know,
better than cloudflare, it may have its hiccups with downtime, but thats always fixed within a hour of the admins knowing,
