I am extremely disappointed with my…
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BytePe.
It has already been a week since I placed my order, and the product has still not been delivered. The order status simply shows “Shipped,” but there have been no further updates regarding the expected delivery date.
When I contacted customer care, they only provided a tracking number. However, the tracking link also shows the same “Shipped” status with no movement or estimated delivery timeline. There is no clarity on where the package currently is or when it will arrive.
As a customer, I expect transparency and timely updates, especially after a week of waiting. This lack of communication and delivery visibility is frustrating.
I hope BytePe improves its logistics coordination and customer support responsiveness so that other customers don’t face the same uncertainty.

We had an absolutely seemless experience and the cherry on the cake was getting it at a great Black Friday deal! Super convenient, a few clicks and voila, just like that I shopped for my brand new MacBook Air M4 ONLINE! Kudos to the whole team at Byte pe, who helped me out with the whole purchase. First, the estimated delivery date was already quite far from the order date. Secondly, it has now been two days past the estimated delivery date and the order still hasn’t been shipped. Customer support has been very unresponsive, and they even asked for an extra charge for earlier delivery, after already missing the estimated delivery date. The whole experience feels suspicious. I’ll provide an update if anything changes.

I had bought iphone 17 on October 2nd . When I wanted to buy it I was wondering which website to choose . I compared price from Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Apple, My jio store . Their Option to pay Subscription is just a mirage. aankhon ka dhokha
If u choose the device and choose the plan and go to payment page. It asks to pay the full amount from credit card or debit card.
And this option is already available in sites like flipkart and Amazon.
It's all a shame.

When you opt for an EMI or subscription, banks temporarily block a credit limit equal to the device value on your card. This is standard banking practice and happens across all platforms, including Flipkart and Amazon.
With each EMI payment, the blocked limit gradually gets released, and you’re only charged the monthly amount as per the selected plan — not the full price upfront.
