I've always used the Densiliss foundation and concealer, and consider these products to be some of the best of their type. Unfortunately, I recently received a foundation and concealer which had oxidized badly for some reason. Customer service, however, was top notch in handling my concerns. I could tell they were very keen to figure out the problem, and they took care of me as a customer. I will be sure to continue purchasing By Terry.

Customer service is awful! I’m still waiting on my order no updates in quite some time I’ve emailed by terry customer service twice and still no reply! Really disappointed considering how expensive their products are!

Spoke to Camillia on a couple of occasions and she was so helpful. It was a great help to be able to get honest advice and help regarding makeup and skincare. I have used some ByTerry products and they are gorgeous.

I have been using the hyaluronic moisturiser for over a year now and keep returning to it. Love the light texture and the rehydration it gives to my skin. When my recent order didn’t arrive due to delays with Evri, the By Terry customer service team were great at dealing with my issue. They managed to send a replacement quickly which I was very happy about!

I have had issue with my order as my parcel has never been delivered to me. Sadly the customer service has never engaged. I left a review on the trust pilot to which they replied that they would be in touch to sort. No one got in touch. I received no response, no refund and no goods. Outrageous customer service for such a well established brand. I would avoid purchasing from their website.

Just want to commend the customer service of By Terry. I have had a couple issues with a couple orders and the staff there has always been so prompt in responding and solving my issues even though they are in a different country! Thank you! I love your products and your staff!

Just received my order, and already in love with the following products:
UV base, very smooth, non sticky, lovely fragrance UV50 base
Ombre Blackstar eye shadow - very easy and quick application, once it dries it will stay there all day, perfect for day and night!
Hyaluronic Global Face Cream - love love love this product, my skin looks healthy and hydrated without going greasy! it just wants more

Customer service has been great when I have had any problems (which is minimal) and delivery times are very good.

Had an issue with my package being damaged upon arrival and got in touch with customer service to sort that out and got my issue resolved in a very timely and efficient manner, not to mention the most friendly and above and beyond customer service! Their products are amazing and give me the best glow and care for my skin too - the customer service is really helpful and has helped me choose the correct shade for my skin and always respond quickly to any questions. I own practically every product in the hyaluronic range and in my opinion they are unbeatable for giving you even coverage and giving you a natural glow (and making me look younger!) I recently made a purchase for the first time on byterry.com. I accidentally purchased the wrong item due to a combination of being a first time shopper with the brand, and the selection options for this particular product being unclear, especially to a first time brand user.

I can honestly say the personalised way in which they handled my error and website information confusion was by far the best customer service I have experienced or even heard of in quite some time. What an amazing brand, they kindly acknowledged that the selection criteria for this product was confusing, sent me out a replacement product and not only allowed me to keep the item ordered in error but also gave me tips on how to use it.

Had an issue with a delivery sent an e mail which was replied to immediately and delivery sorted.
I use their ombré blackstar bronze moon 4, eye shadow.
I never use anything else, amazing product.
