Scam?
They say if I take a partial withdrawal they will close my account and divide my remaining funds with all other investors. I have more than 1bitcoin in my account and fees to withdraw all is very high 7%. So if I take out any and not it all I will lose the rest. Is this legal?

Be careful!!!!. Bytex.io is a scam platform, they are the same as Gokumarket where I lost my money and Coinaxium currently inoperative and not responding mails anymore. Gokumarket is gone as it's token... Bytex will do the same... please beware!
They are the same scammers. DO NOT put your money into this platform.
These scumbags will receive their punishment in life.. and hopefully we receive our moneyback
They say in their platform that they "extended life support to 1 million GokuMarket users", and what about Coinaxium users that were on Gokumarket?... I haven't been reached!!! Liars, surely you are the same people!

As mentioned earlier, the monthly payouts will be rolled out in batches and on a regional basis. Our compliance team is already working on providing the payout and payment plan to all the affected users. We will soon update users regarding the payment plan.
The payout is based on fixed and variable components, and 3% of the fixed component is paid out on or before the 15th of every month.

First 2 months I received 5 dollars as down payment plan for Gokumarket rugpul scam… they saying I shall get 3 % every month, that’s a 31 years down payment plan… this is a scam platform. Don’t use them, they will be operating soon from jail when interpool arrest them…
Criminals and don’t even know mathematics, they said I would be paid back before 2024, but paying back 10 usd in 6 months….
They banned me from all social media platforms after I asked when I be paid back, with 5 usd per month of 2000 usd that’s 400 months, 400 months are 33,3 years…
Scammers!!!! Do not trust them!!!!

The platform does not function normally, USDC withdrawals have been suspended from the beginning, the trade pro does not work, support is not available. You will lose your money if you deposit it with ByteX.

We lost our funds in Bytex Scam Exchange
Me and my little group of investors lost our money in Bytex! This exchange promised to pay us back the money stolen from Gokumarket but already 3 months have passed since the launch of Bytex scam and still we don't receive our money! I don't recommend anybody to deposit money in Bytex Exchange until they don't pay back the debt and full amount of everybody's balance!

Edit: I don't had an account with you. I had on other platform. Selling Data or moving without permissions?... "You have been invited to join ByteX" several times. Your Text in E-Mail implies that i am not a User...

Emails sent to users are going to be related to your accounts or your funds and are of a high importance, otherwise, for updates about the platform, you are free to unsubscribe from those.
Edit: If you are not a user it means you were a user from Gokumarket which went insolvent and users were migrated to our platform as part of a deal to help the users have an alternative exchange to use. The repeated emails would then be sent to let you know of this fact and to prevent you from losing access to your account.
