Never buy from this company, they take your money and don't send the goods, they are scammers.

I bought a one time purchase they say I took a subscription which is untrue and now have no login to cancel my card and 10 emails and 4 Instagram messages later I have the inconvenience of cancelling my card because of them . Very angry and frustrated. No contact number and have threatened them and they don’t care so BE AWARE !!!!!!!

Obvious scam. Stay clear!

No product and order apparently signs you up for subscription, which i didn't agree to.

They had my details but bank confirms that I have not purchased anything from this company (something to do with vpn) bank have cancelled my cards and blocked this company from taking my money
They took two transactions from my account which have now been refunded by bank

They will not cancel my order that is billing in 7 days. I have not recieved the first order to try it. I dont recommend this company the customer service is terrible.

I had a slight worry when I followed the link they sent me for delivery in email. I then checked on reviews (should have done it first ) and saw the negativity. I then checked on my order on their website and it was all true, you can't get hold of them in any way. I contacted my bank fraud department and they checked and told me they had applied a subscription to my account WHICH I didn't sign up for or agree to, they also had a virtual copy of my BANK CARD!!! The bank has removed both but told me to be vigilant because they could try again by changing just one word in their name. CHINESE SCAMMERS!! ALSO if anyone does receive anything, I would bin it because it would be very suspect.

SCAM COMPANY. I ordered the lymphatic drainage a fortnight ago still no delivery !! When you try to contact them it says url is down ( this has been for the last week ) Also my bank has blocked several fraudulent transactions on my account today and the only thing I have entered my card details on in the last month is this !

Absolute con of a company.avoid at all costs

I got an email from my bank yesterday about a potential fraudulent charge from this company. Upon further investigation, not only did I NEVER order anything from this company they now have me on reoccurring billing. They charged my card on Feb 17th and attempted to charge it again 2 days ago. I thoroughly went through their website, I did not recognize any item in there. I then "logged in" to their Shopify portal and clicked "track order" it indicates no orders placed. The email I sent to them was returned to me, as it's not a real email address. Now I have to deal with my bank, get a new card, change all of my info for all of my legitimate auto pay bills. This is crazy, I don't know how this company even got my info....what a nightmare..

Same as everyone, they hide a subscription service in terms and conditions which is not legal. No products received over one month later and they charged me for a second order before I realised & even sent a receipt with SOMEONE ELSES Card details on for the second charge!
They actually responded to me after 12 days without anything inc. tracking and made up an excuse about air transport being affected by the ongoings in Iran and that the items would be shipped. Nothing has arrived.

They appear to be linked to drop shipping company in China called NutriPass Global which also seems very dodgy with incomplete basic template website.

You deliberately can't cancel anything on their website it just returns error pages. make sure you remove any payment details if they re held and I would recommend getting a new card issued as scams like this get around blocks by charging you through a slightly different company name.

As already explained in the other reviews - check what youre buying and signing up to. Customer service was like the delivery- slow and left wondering if anything was going to happen?! Not the best experience but they turned up in the end months late

SCAM. they steal your money, and continue to steal every month until you notice. AVOID. pure scam company.

they will take payments over and over a ‘subscription’ but you never get the items- then you have to start a case with your bank and they won’t respond.

I placed an order and it has been a month....NOTHING.
I sent a reply to the confirmation page ....NOTHING,
I filled out the Contact Us page over a week ago,,,NOTHING.No phone call,,,,,no email .....NOTHING

I have amended my original review as the situation changed. I eventually received three bags of gel capsules but decided, after doing some more research that there is no verifiable data that I could find to go with their claims. So, I threw the lot away. I spent money on a product I didn't trust enough to take. My choice. You decide for yourself.

They will join you up to a subscription automatically and they're page to cancel the subscription is dead. You need to email them to cancel and they will not reply until after the next payment (you can remove you card details before then though). The products they sell are not authentic (I checked with the manufacturer). AVOID THIS COMPANY

Scam company. Takes money and never sends product. Tried to cancel subscription and keep stating URL not available. Sent several emails no response. Having my bank dispute charges made with no product received!

This is a scam company.
It starts off calling itself vitawell
by the time you pay they are byvitawell a different company.
I paid for supplements I have not recieved. They say to reply to their email for customer service which I did twice with no reply. Ive given them plenty of opportunity to reply or send my order since 17th February but still nothing. Avoid at all costs.
