It was way back early July when I agreed to improve my existing website and avail other services for £280.50/month for 6 months. I thought this is going to be a quick and easy job for them as I already have a website they could copy everything and add some pics or provide a different lay outs. I thought it’s only a 2 to 3 days job and obviously not that’s why I am ranting here. I wanting Byzz+ to host and support my digital business presence in public to gain new customers as I am moving to a new address. Until now the transfer of my website hosting is not finished and a massive reduction of my online / internet / digital presence in public. I am doubling my expenses unnecessarily. I am paying for the current provider of my website hosting, I am paying for other company who have helped me number 1 or place my business being top 3 in the Google search. Byzz+ has done nothing. How could I continue paying them when I’m not getting the help or services the’ e promised?
The account manager is sending me documentations via emails asking me to complete for contents of my SEO/website which I already have all these information in my website. They can get the information, or update information, change what pictures appropriate to add. I am so disappointed about this. Now I noticed they’ve taken money to my bank again. This is an easy money fir them. I am paying for the services they said they can provide and yet NOT provided. I would like to have a refund and I would like to cancel Byzz + whom I thought they are understanding, helpful and professional. Very hard to get your message through. They are not willing to listen and willing to help.
I regretted giving them a 5 stars review few weeks after they gave me convinced with beautiful, clear phrases and assurances that before August 8, 2022 my new website will be live. They make it more complicated from simple tasks. The account manager has to speak to her Boss to hold for 1 month or extend due to reason I have not completed the forms.
I am the customer here, they should be discussing from early stage with me what I want not their wants. They should change their approach and focus assessing holistically of what I need as paying customer. I am very disappointed if the service provided. That’s why I am taking back my 5 star review from the beginning of my journey with Byzz+ company. That review was only good for the salesman whose aimed was to have me signed in. After signing in and have my first payment, they bombarded me with lots of emails and assignments which was very daunting with no follow ups.

I can see that we had indeed stopped your payment for August as you were moving business premises, and that we also have repeatedly requested information from you regarding the website, but had not received anything from you. I must also point out that you have received email notification 7 days in advance of any billing activity.

I do understand that you feel we should just use information from existing sources, however we have, in the past, found that customers would prefer to provide the exact information they require to be on the site, along with confirming the design and layout etc...

This is why we have onboarding processes in order to gather the most up to date information directly from you, that greatly helps avoid confusion. The dates we give to go live for your website are based upon the provision of information from your business, for the reasons given above.

In summary, I can assure you that customer service is our number one priority and I am certain that we can resolve the issues so that you are happy with the service provided by Byzz Plus.

Awful experience.
When yo re busy and overloaded with your own work you also have to chase these people to make sure they do what you are paying for.
If you miss an email once, do not expect them to come back to you with a reminder that they are waiting for your response they will sit quite until you chase them. The work that supposed to be done within 3 month was done in one week in one go, at the end of month 4 what SEO you can expect form that service?
Also BE CAREFULL DO NOT PROVIDE THEM YOUR BANK CARD, YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCELL DIRECT DEBIT AS THEY DO NOT SETUP ONE, THEY USE YOUR CARD DETAILS FOR ALL FOLLOWING PAYMENTS. ONCE YOU SIGN UP FOR THEIR SERVICE, USUALY UNDER PRESSURE AND WITHOUT HAVING OPPORTUNITY OR ENOIGH TIME TO READ T&C, YOU CAN NOT EXIT THE CONTRACT WITHOUT PAYING THE REMINIG CONRACT VALUE. THERE ARE MASSIVE EXIT FEES. The director would not admit that they did anything wrong by not doing anything, and with full arrogance would not agree to suspend the payment for 1 month until they sort them self and do everything what supposed to be done by that time. Only with massive and very loud arguments the payment was suspended and all 3 month work was done in one go.
I only write review when my experience with the service or product is exceptionally goo or critically bad, the experience I had with Byzz+ was a complete disaster.
Exceptionally bad service is a small part of the problem, their attitude to resolving their faults is the worst attitude I have ever met.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with the service we provided you.

You are correct, we will prompt you via email for any actions we require from you, but I can also see that you were chased for the onboarding information more than 3 times. We also waived a payment for you mid term as we had still not received the information from you.

We had completed the deliverables for you following receipt of the onboarding information and everything was delivered for your account. I understand that this can cause issues and we have revised our business processes to automatically contact clients every three days if we have not received the information we require from them.

I am concerned by your mention of massive exit fees, as I can see that we have only invoiced you for 4 months in total, and you had signed up for a minimum 6 month contract. We have not charged you any additional amount above the 4 months and certainly have not charged your card without permission. I will also add that you are able to arrange a direct debit at any time by contacting us, and you are also able to elect to pay by direct debit during checkout.

Regarding signing up for the account, our terms and conditions are provided both during the checkout process, and are sent via email immediately following signup. If you have any suggestions on how to make the process clearer in anyway, we would be more than happy to discuss this with you.

Finally, regarding the accusation that somebody breached GDPR we take this very seriously. Please can you write to our data protection officer at dpo@byzzplus.com with the details of the alleged breach so that this can be reported immediately.

In summary, we are concerned that you have been charged a “massive” exit fee and that you are making an accusation of a data breach within our organisation. Please contact us ASAP.
