Beware, money scam!
Unprofessional, unhelpful. Seems they care more about money than patient care and diagnosis. I see why health insurance doesnt work with them, thats a red flag! Another red flag is that full payment of 100eur for a 15 minute appointment is required on booking. In my case, due to a misunderstanding of the appointment booked and them not being able to further continue the track I wanted in English, they refused to refund me full or partially and kept all my money.

During the initial consultation, it became clear that the requested trajectory could not be continued in the form you preferred while still meeting the conditions required for a careful and responsible trajectory. For that reason, the consultation was concluded before the substantive trajectory was continued, so that we could assess internally what would be feasible within our practice.
