The process became a breeze with CF247, took over all communications with everyone and made the process as easy it could be, huge shoutout to my account manager Kyle Jordan he's genuine and a very understanding guy and very easy to communicate with!

The company has sorted out the parcel that went missing with the first delivery - and managed the problem very well with a replacement item and then sort out the first delivery with the company in question.

Recently purchased a refurbished Galaxy Tab s8 ultra from here, was very unsure about buying a recon or used one, I needn't of worried, it was in as new condition . Excellent price for Bang & Olufsen earphones, better than anywhere else online.

Unfortunately I have had to return them as they were faulty (a common issue with Beoplay model, apparently, and not reflective of c247) but the return was handled smoothly, quickly and with excellent communication.

Great company - friendly, polite and professional. Bought a brand new phone through C247 which I sent back (issue lies with Xiaomi, not C247) but Lauren offered both helpful advice or the offer of a refund/replacement. Was in daily communication and so helpful. Received a refund immediately and paid for postage to return the phone, even though I had offered. Wouldn't hesitate to use the company again and would 100% recommend. Thanks :)

Fantastic service! I had a problem with the smartphone I bought from them, not the fault at all of c247.com at all (but rather the manufacturers), and so I had to return it which due to the courier company took a while, but during that time Lauren in c247.com was in daily communication, updating me in relation to the status of the return and subsequent refund. She was incredibly efficient with a positive "what else can I do do help" attitude. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute from buying from this company, my experience has been that they are great! Well done!!
