I always enjoy C4 get-togethers; they’re a chance to mee everyone else in the Carer and client community, snd to be removeded that we’re all being cared for together and not in isolation.

Enjoyed the party, enjoyed the food. Like the staff because they play games with me and are friendly

It was good that C4 made you feel included and made sure you enjoy quality time on the visits.

Very poor customer service. They could not get simple things right such as providing the same 3-4 carers to look after my dad. They regularly sent inexperienced carers with no training whatsoever in catheter bags. They also sent the carers at the wrong times. Sometimes an hour early and sometimes very late. This is not great for an elderly person where routine is important.
The admin staff are completely useless and seem to have no brains. They kept promising to send my dad’s regular workers who knew what they were doing but they kept sending wrong ones. I think they have taken a lot of new carers who have no training at all! This I find quite crazy and their business seems to be run by morons. I would not recommend them at all!!! Worst care company

Do not use this company, none of their employees can speak or understand basic English, they don’t have the first clue what to do, they can’t even make tea and toast properly, they lack understanding and compassion for anybody

C4 care is one agency I will recommend to anyone. Unlike other agencies,C4 pays more attention to their staffs and prioritise their staffs needs. Some of the team staff like Marcus,and Fatma are quite professional and polite.

My wife is very poorly and we have to have care seven days a week. We have used lots of different care companies in the south Manchester area. We have been using C4 for the last four years and found them to be very good. It’s a very difficult service to provide and C4 go out of their way to try and ensure cover at all time. I would recommend C4 time and time again.

Best agancey to work for and the staff are so professional and caring at all times, they are always willing to go an extra mile for their employees if necessary. Shoutout to Marcus Rathore and Fatma, they are legends 😊

This is a best care company I have ever heard and experience.They are so caring for Clint’s and also for the staff.In one word they have solution for every problem

The coffee meeting was a good time to express ourselves with openness and understanding on the part of the consultant. It was an avenue for us to meet other staff and exchange ideas. I look forward to another time if I am not on shift.

I have been working with C4 Care for some years. There are numerous shifts and you can pick shifts at your own convenience, C4 care doesn't delay your payments because you get what you definitely work for.
C4 is reliable and care for staff members.
Just that last year i wasn't paid my holiday pay probably because i didn't notify on time except that,I would recommend C4 care to anyone and definitely give them 5star

C4 Care are incredibly fair to all their staff, the helpline is 24/7 responsive and never leave their staff strangling. They have incredible amount of shift. So far the best I have worked with. Really happy working with them.

They actually listen and do their very best to help no matter what is thrown at them.
