Terrible service!

If they offered zero, that's what they would get. I've used Attitude products for years but always ordered them from Amazon. When I went to order my favorite shampoo, Amazon was out of stock, so I went directly to the source. Bad decision on my part! I placed an order that was about $89. My order didn't come, and didn't come, and didn't come. After asking where it was and communicating with a terribly slow customer support, I was finally given a ship date. It didn't come and didn't come! So, fast forward about a month later and my package finally arrives and it's missing all 3 deodorants! So I once again go to Customer Support where you can only submit a form and hope someone gets back to you. Well, they never did - after I submitted 2 forms. I just saw that they sent me a refund for my deodorants. Attitude makes great products but if you live in the States, NEVER order directly from this Canadian company.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company, it doesn't care about its customers at all! I was a loyal customer, but they refuse to exchange my new mineral sunscreen stick, which is dried out and unusable.

This is a Canadian company based in…

This is a Canadian company based in Quebec. They might make good laundry detergent but they have ZERO skills in customer service /support. They don't give out any phone numbers. They don't have a contact email address. They want you to use a "website contact form" BUT THEIR WEBSITE IS MESSED UP!! NO CONTACT FORM IS SHOWN OR AVAILABLE! I tried multiple browsers on my phone and multiple browsers on my PC with no luck.
UPS (another horrible company btw) messed up the delivery on my order claiming that the address was wrong (it wasn't). I was just looking for some support from the company since they are the ones who think that shipping with UPS is a good idea (it's not). But since how they wall themselves off from their actual customers who purchase their products I can't recommend this product to anyone else. It's so bad that even if you reply to their email it bounces back with a formatted email saying to use their website. WHICH IS BROKEN! Homer Simpson would be so proud!
