I'm a repeat buyer at this point.
I first bought a neptune 4 max, and loved it! Huge build area, and the machine just works! I wanted a large bed printer.
*I am comming from and ender clone. *
When it came time to upgrade my resin printer, (From anycubic mono 4,) I once again found myself leaning towards elegoo, and ended up with a Saturn 4 ultra 16k.

Just couldn't beat it dollar for dollar, and it checked all my boxes and more!

Theres nothing wrong with my old ones, or those brands either, but Elegoo definitely won out, and I have no regrets. Been printing away like a mad man!
(I'm trying to develop a side hustle with reproducing and printing vintage car parts and custom parts, as well as dabble in local markets with things. )
The capability and reliability of these machines has been invaluable as well.

Anyways, I'm sure I'll be buying from them again!
(I'm looking at you brand new Jupiter 2's!!!)
The idea is to use this to make enough money for the Jupiter and beyond!!! 😆

Good quality and fast delivery

The delivery was fast, the product easy to use but i was not able to buy everything i wanted. For example the Assembled Extruder Hotend Kit for Centauri Carbon 2 is impossible to buy. I think i wil have problems replacing parts in the future with your companie. I shoud have buy a bamboolab

Love the printer, it mutch faster than I thought. The only downsides are the noise it makes and the shaking but besides that it's a 10/10

Despite buying a used model, the guys in the support team were very efficient and responded quickly to my concerns about the printer.

This is great, consistent, cheaper than average filament and the silk colours are beautiful. It ran great in all of my different printers including Bambi, flashforge and Qidi. Highly recommend

The Elegoo Centauri Carbon 3D printer exceeded my expectations out of the box. I was an early adopter of 3D printers, so I was used to having to continuously modify or rebuild my machine to keep it functional, so it was an absolute pleasure that the printer self levelled and the prints were perfect. I just love the enclosure, it worked great with PETG, so ready to try experiment with more challenging materials such as POM Acetal.

Easy to setup apart from the 2 tiny screws for the 4 filament chamber on top bit of nightmare with cable in way maybe screws should be in front.

I recently received my Centauri carbon 2 and the first few prints were okay, but then started getting prints that were failing. Even after repeating washings with dish soap, neither petg or pla would stick to the plate. I manually leveled the bed, ran multiple auto leveling sequences, but finally tried a layer of glue stick and that made a print finish. I honestly don't think glue stick should be necessary on a new, clean machine. I have a cheaper bambu a1 mini, and never seem to have these adherence issues.
Update:
Elegoo contacted me very quickly, and with some adjusting on my part, and some advice from them, I seem to have gotten the printing issues mostly resolved. My lower level of experience printing, may have had me expecting too much and not realizing it may need fine tuning. Overall I am much happier with my experience now.

The configuration software is terrible and constantly being challenged with authentication is very annoying, the printer is mechanically awesome but the software UI is really really terrible

I had some problems with my printer and got helpful advice, instructions, and replacement parts. Good service is unfortunately rare these days, keep up the good work.

the pakage was left in front of the appartement complex door instead of a secure place or to let me pick it up to fedex office. now i have pay 200$ for nothing. my pacage was stolen.

You sent it quickly, it was in great condition, and it worked right out of the box.

The printer is very good quality prints extremely well and fast. Easy to use and customer service was easy to deal with. Other then the time zone diffence as id get their messages at 3am.

I've been 3d printing for 5 years now and have used many different brands of filament.
I would definitely say that my go to filament now is Elegoo as I haven't had any issues at all.
The price is very reasonable and the quality is very good.
In short.....yes I would recommend Elegoo filaments.
