Ive ordered plenty from Elegoo. 3 printers and a ton of filament. This last time, I received what can only be described, as an absolute joke. This isn't Elegoos fault, but the shipping company... Fed Ex. Went through insurance for 6 spools that were damaged. To say Elegoo support was helpful, would be hilarious. You have to buy the shipping insurance, but when you have to actually use it, they nickel and dime you. Even told me to print replacement spools. Excuse me? I didn't order broken spools. Then they tell me that their 5$ per spool refund is a "gesture of good will". Your product showed up looking like Ace Ventura delivered it and somehow you're doing me a favor? Thanks, but what an awful experience. Turned away this customer.

I own a Centauri Carbon machine, the machine is running well, the service is great and the support team always very friendly.
I appreciate the short delivery time for consumables and filaments as well.

I recently made my first Elegoo resin purchase for my two-week-old Saturn 4 Ultra. After finishing my initial supply, I switched to a mix of Elegoo ABS-Like and Tough resins at an 80:20 ratio. The results have been fantastic. I’m achieving the same quality I used to pay double for, and the savings are definitely going back into more Elegoo gear!

Elegoo PETG PRO is the worst petg i have ever used. I have gone thru about half a kilo and several days of pure testing and not being able to print anything useable.
Price and shipping time A+. Only ruined by unusable filament.

The quality of the Neptune 4 was good, right out of the box. Shipping is fast. Good value for money. It would’ve been appreciated if I knew it was Chinese New Years and that would delay shipping, before I made the purchase and not after. But overall very happy with my purchase.

My order shipped almost two weeks ago and I still have not received it. It was a small order of two replacement extruded hot ends and I paid a shipping fee with my order. I am located in Vancouver so shipping services shouldn’t have an issue delivering in a timely manner. Elegoo needs to start using shipping services that actually move freight at a reasonable pace as two weeks for a product that originated within Canada is rediculous especially since customers are being charged for shipping.

This filament always works and the finish is perfect every time. I've been buying 10 packs from Elegoo for years and I can count on one hand the number of spool tangles. I've recently switched to using their Bambu Lab refills and the results are the same, great prints every time. If the filament is great and the price is great.... why wouldn't you?
