Snowblower belt
Got the wrong belt half the size from another supplier twice using what number was listed so I tried FridayParts Canada The same small belt came. Contacted them and gave the size of the belt I cut off. It was different than what was listed. The sent me the correct belt and an extra of the size the number was supposed to be. With no charge. Great to deal with.

poor service
I have never received the part we ordered and we really need it. The first one we received was wrong and I have been unable to return it, so I'm out $400 bucks there.

Service was great. The parts were definitely not. Ordered 2 solenoids and both were defective. Got in touch with customer service and was refunded immediately. Excellent service but parts not so good.
