The WORST CUSTOMER service before the…

The WORST CUSTOMER service before the Pandemic and now after. Not helpful. Waiting over 15 minutes today on hold then called a store and the sales associate was just plain RUDE. It was the Yorkdale store and she hung up on me. It was exactly at 1 PM if you’d like to check. I guess that you have too much business. However I will tell everyone I know about the poor service. Negative Word of mouth is at least 3 times more powerful than positive word of mouth. It basically undoes all the Positives potentially from your advertising. Thank you. GSR

Unbelievably poor customer service

I ordered a couple products at beginning of April and after a week I followed up with Customer Service (“CS”) as I never received a confirmation email of my order. Paypal had charged my Visa. CS claimed they had no record of order and wanted evidence of payment so I attached file of charges. CS wrote back quoting an order and tracking number (I thought they had no record of sale?) and that it was sent to correct street address but in London not Toronto. At no point was there an apology or offer to rectify by resending or refunding. Ive gone back several more times to seek refund and they now say online customers are responsible for addresses and thus no refund or reshipment possible. Rigid, poor customer service. Despite liking their products I will boycott. Nothing is worth this aggravation. I’m out of pocket and without product. Guess they don't care about losing customer.
