If I could give MINUS 5 stars, I would! This is one of the most astoundingly incompetent bus companies I have encountered in my life. The bus is untrackable, no comms from the company, no way to reach support (you’re emailing a robot) so they’ve just left passengers stranded at Toronto airport. This is crazy!!! Avoid this company like a plague! Flixbus is FAR more reliable and responsive AND cheaper!
start off the website was easy and i wanted to go to Niagara Falls and the last time i book the trip it cost over 250 just to get to Niagara Falls buy bus train bus now i went to this website and found both ways 84 dollars and i thought that was a wicket priced i book ed with a hotel 4 days 500 im happy as for the ride and my experience i will be updating this after i get there and back to tell u how it was this is just the price and the website :)
Called 6 times and was hung up on the one person who answered me. Was giving me building names when I asked for an address he hung up on me. Thank you megabus for almost making me miss my bus.
