After years of dealing with them and giving them thousands of dollars the first time I needed customer service and they asked for a video of a vape not working. BAD customer service, won’t be ordering

The free shipping offer is the fastest shipping in the industry, 2-3 days max to go from British Columbia to Ontario. I often get my tracking number within an hour of payment confirmation, even in the middle of the night. I can order from a store in my own town and the shipping is slower.

Price and selection can vary a lot from week to week. I almost wanted to give 4 stars due to often being out of stock on my favorite brands, but I'm giving a free pass considering covid supply chain issues have been - and still are a thing.

Note that I have never purchased any of the bulk/no named "house" products (particularly shatter) from this company. Only brand named edibles and concentrates, but I have tried nearly every kind. I never had any of the issues that the other reviewers seem to have. I will admit they used to put A LOT of freebies into your order about 2 years ago that they dont do now. Not something I feel deserves a bad review on its own.

I used to spend more than 800 a month for years but the past year the quality of the shatter has become unconsumable. Might even be poisonous. I tried to contact customer service but no one responded.

Everything has worked out since day 1 and when help was needed I got it. Been using this site for over a year and I enjoy the quality. And the price. I have recommended this site to many others too.

Everything has been ok, but some of the more expensive mushrooms I got weren't good.

Always fast, affordable and ships quickly. With a wide array of products to choose from, you really can't go wrong.

Order and price point were ideal, however the delivered product was below the standard expected, even for the price point.

This place used to be amazing about a year ago. Great products, great prices, lots of sales, free samples and helpful and responsive customer service. However over the past year or so things have changed drastically (even before Covid). The order process has changed a few times. Our last few purchases we were not sent a receipt or confirmation of purchase of any kind. Leaving us to wonder whether our order would actually show up. There used to be a large selection of products but its much smaller now. Fewer sales. Jacked up pricing. Our last order we did not even recieve the product we ordered. It was vastly inferior to what we purchased. Customer service would not even respond to me. We used Chrono for 3 years or so making regular purchases but we no longer give them our business. Something has changed and they are not the company they used to be.

I have been using these guys for years, however there has been a change. Their website is different, they use different pictures for their flower. You can find the same pictures on other sites like toke club, so that's a thing.

I asked them about how their company changes to get zero answers and no transparency. I have been receiving shoddy product compared to previous orders, however hopefully the one I get today will rectify that.

They have always delivered great buds. If you message them you can work with their deals. Ex: HO shatter $300, same deal for 9 different strains. I got the same price with 7 different kinds. AWESOME GUYS!

Been ordering from thechrono for over a year now and i really only go to them now

Bought 8 grams of shatter and it’s terrible. It taste like asphalt/ copper never ever have had this issue before. Have ordered multiple times from them. We have done low temp dabs and everything but it still taste terrible. Have emailed them but no response back. So upset we spend over a grand every month with the Chrono between the 3 of us. Very disappointed

Great products, fast and discreet delivery. Everything about my experience was positive

I placed an order on their site, and paid 2 weeks ago. Usually I get 2 emails one for confirmation and one for payment. I haven't recieved either email. I've never had this issue before they remodeled their site. I'd just like to know if I can get an update on my order.
