All is not clear about Cabassi
Placed an order on 25th November, and received a shipping notification from their website suggesting my order has been shipped. However, after 2 weeks of waiting /checking the item was still at a location in Italy. I sent several emails over 5 week period, and advised the item didn't have the appropriate label, with an apology and advised a replacement would be sent immediately. What then followed was the same order number and tracker link and again same issue. It remains unresolved and more emails sent, which leads me to believe, this is not a legitimate company.
So I have no option other than to pursue a refund through my credit card provider and hopefully come to some conclusion.
