I am being ignored to countless calls and emails, despite over 3 weeks from my completion date occurring. Customer service does not exist - having looked into Companies House and the one email i received, I think this is a one man show and is a scam. Will be contacting my credit card company and also the small claims courts to launch a complaint.

I ordered a 4 door Cotswold larder on 12 August, paying the full amount up front. I understood the unit would be UK made (a complete novelty these days) so I was prepared to wait the 8 weeks quoted. Since then I have had no correspondence. The due date has been & gone. Email is not answered, the phone rings & rings ………

DO NOT use this company. I am now waiting to see what happens as I have contacted my credit card provider to say I have been charged for goods that I haven’t received.
An absolutely diabolical service… despite sending emails, phoning and messaging direct on their website, we have not heard a thing from them. The original date for completion was 30th September and then without warning it was the 28th October. This date has now passed and still no communication whatsoever. I would really warm people off this so called company!
Do not respond to the telephone, email, messages, social media to provide any update on my order. Extraordinarily unprofessional.
In May I contacted Cabinett with an order which was paid for on 26 May. Up until payment, customer service had contacted me in a timely way. After that, I was told I would get regular updates and a estimated completion date was given to me of 14 July. This date was important when I chose to go with this company as I have a number of parties over the summer at my home.
There was no contact whatsoever from them or updates. The week before the estimated completion date, I started to contact them. It took 6 attempts to get a response. In the meantime, I had sold my kitchen furniture in anticipation as the new Cabinett unit would not fit in my kitchen unless I did.
I finally heard from them 2 days after the estimated completion date, pushing it forward by over a month and (still an estimate) a delivery date of 30 August - over 6 weeks away.
My kitchen is in chaos and will stay that way until then and I have no guarantee that they will honour that date either. I have lost confidence in their word
