Late delivery ! Not a professional built shed

Late delivery !, vehicle broke down then driver off sick , supposedly.
Tracking system useless
Once shed arrived , found it to be of poor quality , rough cut , modular panels were ill fitting , leaving gaps inbetween modular panels when connected. Floor and roof panels in same condition .
Panelling nails were sticking through panels , not in supports .Many additional screws were required correct this. Some panels broken when unpacked.
Overall very poor quality , not a professional build , pricing looks good , but matches the quality once you finally receive the shed.
Definitely not recommended , avoid .

ordered my cabin back in February and…
I ordered my cabin back in February and was excited to receiving it and I had a very helpful gentleman take my order and couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately this is where my positive experience ended. I was given a delivery date and took a day off work to receive it. On the day of receipt it never arrived, I wasn’t kept informed of a delay and had to follow this up only to find out it wasn’t going to arrive until the following day. Finally got my cabin and was advised to check against the inventory list for any damage or missing parts. This is a painful experience and after 5 hours of checking I sent some photos of damage only to be told that the items wouldn’t be replaced and were okay. Got a date for installation team travelled five hours only to find out they had been given the wrong size of cabin and couldn’t do anything. I finally got my cabin installed 5 months later. It has been virtually impossible to get a response despite numerous emails and it feels like they only want your money and when they have it they no longer care. I’m really disappointed with this customer experience

Order #C-000203286

Order #C-000203286 – Extremely poor service, failed delivery, and now being ignored

I ordered a log cabin from Cabins.co.uk for my disabled child’s sensory needs. The delivery driver from MGP Logistics refused to deliver despite the fact that my car park is large, with direct access to my garden — perfectly suitable for curbside delivery. Instead, I was made to feel like an inconvenience and told I was “on my own” and that the cabin was too heavy. If a product requires more than one person to unload, that should be arranged in advance — it is not the customer’s problem.

I then received contradictory calls from someone named Tony at MGP Logistics (who claimed to be a manager). First she told me I could have requested a smaller truck in my order confirmation — I checked, and no such option exists. She then said it would be re-delivered on a smaller truck, then called back saying it would actually be the same truck again, and if the driver refused, no further delivery would be attempted. She even admitted the driver was “probably just being difficult because it was raining.”

I raised this with Cabins.co.uk and spoke to James a couple of times. He said he would get back to me, but I am now being ignored. Meanwhile, I have lost money paying tradespeople who were booked to assemble the cabin, and my child is still without the sensory space he needs.

This has been a stressful, expensive, and completely unacceptable experience. The company has failed in their duty under consumer law to ensure goods are delivered properly and within a reasonable timeframe. The customer service is dismissive and unhelpful, and when they say they will call back, they don’t.

I would strongly warn anyone considering ordering from Cabins.co.uk to think carefully. If things go wrong, don’t expect them to take responsibility or even return your calls.

Unnecessary drama spoiled my experience…

Unnecessary drama spoiled my experience of Sixty Stores and Cabins.co.uk. Their base installer was a joker who insisted that a concrete base (that we’d paid for through them) would cost extra. I bent his way and let him install a timber base. Mercia Garden Products’ cabin installation team immediately found fault, including the fact Lee hadn’t even bothered to concrete the stakes in and put a cheap wooden platform on.

I raised Cain over this and was talked into paying a further £300 for a concrete pump to put in a base. While the BS and drama took place the unbuilt cabin itself was rotting untreated in the garden. MGP replaced it (we were on the brink of legal action) free of charge.

Lessons for you: if Sixty offer Lee to install the base, refuse. He couldn’t put up a LEGO house safely.
