Great communications, item delivered very quickly..

When we called at Cabin's unlimited at Downham market,the ladies in the office were very helpful, & once we placed our order we was given a date,& kept to it they turned up on time (26 09 2022)
They did a good job friendly lads, & left the property clean & tidy, we kept them supplied with cups of tea,we would recommend this company..Peter

After our poor first build on 9/8/22 we had a site meeting with the owner Rob and Luke on 16/8 who offered us a full refund (which proves how terrible it was) or a new one or to deal with the issues and paint it for us, stupidly my husband thought we should give this company the benefit of the doubt and try to fix it. As the main issue was a base that wasn’t straight (not our fault as claimed) I was reluctant. They came to repair it and in their words “cover the unslightly ends” on 22/8/22.
After a few hours Rob called out for me to say we were right and the summerhouse wasn’t straight and we would never be happy with it and we had the option of a full refund or a new kit built. He also offered to refund us for the paint we had bought. He explained they were busy with school installations so we would have to wait until mid to late September. I said, “thank god for that, sense at last, refund please” and went into the house to ring my husband. He was relieved they had finally admitted it wasn’t straight. To my horror a while later I heard more banging and looked out of the window to see they were working again. I went outside and asked what they were doing and he said Luke had almost got the door shut. I asked them to stop and said we wanted a refund.
They carried on regardless and we are now left with a poorly painted shed with drips, paint where it shouldn’t be and missing bits. Not a single part of this shed is straight, and now it’s moving. The window isn’t straight and won’t fully shut. The door doesn’t fully shut. Seals are bulging. The roof felt was damaged during the repairs. The quality of wood is poor and the workmanship is shoddy. The hinges they use look like seconds. Our shed is two months old and looks two years old.
Even Rob was shocked at the joinery when he visited on 16/8/22. We still have unslightly beading in the tool shed side (beading which is used to cover poor joinery)
Without exception everyone that has seen it has been horrified.
This company has now refused to refund us despite offering us two refunds previously.
Also our Domeo 4 cabin which was fitted in November 21 is on the move for the 4th time.

I will await the standard nasty comments from the owner when deeply unhappy customers leave honest reviews. I wish I could leave photographs to show our summerhouses current state.

This company also remove any negative comments on social media and then block people from leaving honest comments.

Very pleased with cabin. Excellent, efficient and friendly service. Installers were very good and completed build in 1.5 days. Good value for money and would recommend Cabins Unlimited.

We ordered our Edinburgh cabin and it was all done within a month, compleat, it took 4 days but this was for levelling the ground work to get the base, then putting the base down and starting the build, on day 3 the cabin was built with the final bits done and day 4 was to paint both the outside and inside, job done.
The crew did a very good job and left a clean and tidy garden when they finished. Very pleased with it.
If any one is in doubt come and see the standard of workmanship that has gone into it, and it’s 40m timber.

We are really delighted with our new Domeo cabin. The installers were extremely efficient and friendly. Melody and Michael in the office were very helpful and answered our questions. The cabin looks beautiful. We would happily recommend Cabins Unlimited.

Overall we found this experience of buying our cabin very positive. The first initial stages were fantastic with great help from Michael up at the Cabin’s Unlimited site at Norwich Camping and leisure. We were able to explain what we were after in very poor detail and with his help we saw our cabin start to come together. The information received was really detailed and helped as this is our first real out door project. From there the excitement of what was to come was enjoyable. I have to be honest, I wasn’t a fan of the site survey form. I understand doing it as part of completing records and getting an understanding of the site is vitally important. However the website link doesn’t really work. I completed it 3 times overall, the third had to be done at the Norwich site as it just wouldn’t work. Kept getting emails asking me to complete it when I’ve sent it off twice before had. The installation I wish could of started in better manner. Unfortunately because we did the base ourselves it didn’t meet the standards set with having a bespoke build on it. Completely understandable but frustrating as it took so much time to do and a lot of money spent to get to that position. Personally I think when customers do there own base there could of been information about ideal products or maybe more information from the installers. I felt like because it was turned down so quickly we personally as customers had no room to just have another go before any installation occurred. An expensive mistake unfortunately. The building is complete and it is an unbelievable sight to see. The finish is what I imagined and quality is what you expect. I’m glad I went with Cabin Unlimited, you’ve been fantastic.

We like the summer House (Oban) very much, however there are a couple of reasons why the review isn't five stars. Firstly some of the joinery leaves a bit to be desired, particularly where the floor finishes at the door and one of the windows has a few gaps. Secondly the window catches went rusty after two weeks.
However Michael Simnett at Blofield was very helpful and friendly.

I really cannot fault the overall experience with Cabins unlimited. From seeing our neighbours new cabin which inspired us to investigate further, to our first visit to the showroom, the ordering process, laying the base and finally the install, I have nothing but positive comments. We even had the big boss himself onsite at one point to cover staff illness. My cabin is a 7x4m monster, required to meet a number of needs and therefore a big investment, so I wasn't going to part with the funds until I was sure I was getting value. The decision was made easy but excellent customer service and a great bespoke service. There are many companies out there who offer these type of buildings and I did my research to ensure I got what I wanted. By all means look around but I can highly recommend the team at Cabins unlimited. Top job to all involved :-).

Our whole experience with Cabins Unlimited was great from start to finish. We actually changed the model of cabin after our initial order with no problem, but the cabin was still delivered ahead of schedule. The installation team (Ian & Liam) worked so hard and so quickly and the finished product and their tidiness whilst the cabin was being erected were both exemplary. I would recommend Cabins Unlimited without hesitation.

We are beyond thrilled with our cabin (Sussex 1). The quality is even better than expected!! The fitters Luke and Liam were so professional and completed the install effortlessly, they are so experienced and Luke spent time giving us tips & advice about care and treatment which is invaluable. I would recommend. This is real value for money and such a relief to have experienced tradesmen providing an outstanding service.

We went to buy some grass feed and ended up buying a jubilee log cabin ,as we did need a new summerhouse as the existing one had rotted ,went on the Saturday was called on the Wednesday as the had one in stock ,delivered the Wednesday after all fitted and put together brilliantly on the slab already there ,two guys came worked hard to get it done in a day and a half and looks brilliant ,told me to use the sadolin as it is better quality and must confess Michael the salesman was spot on it looks great after 2 coats and a lot of hard work .would highly recommend the guys and the cabins to anyone .A great service and product .

All the people at cabins unlimited were great the product is good but could be better. Whoever read my review at cabins unlimited got a bit snotty.

Nice friendly and helpful people at the Downham Market Showroom. The Summerhouse was delivered early and erected before the original delivery date. Was kept informed at all times. Very happy with the sevice provided.

Very pleased with the service from start to finish. Didn't have too wait too long for the shed to arrive,it came with all fixtures & fittings & went together very easy,also pleased with the advice given from the delivery drivers.

Excellent from purchase to delivery. Michael at Blofield sold us an Oban log cabin. He was knowledgeable about the cabins and answered all our questions. Delivery was agreed for two weeks and it was delivered in two weeks on the agreed day. The cabin quality was excellent and all the timber and fixings were of good quality and everything was there. I would recommend the Oban log cabin and Cabins Unlimited who were a pleasure to deal with.

We were very pleased from start to finish with the service from Cabins Unlimited, Melody was always helpful and made sure everything went according to plan. The quality of the cabin is very good, and the fitters did a brilliant job and were a pleasure to deal with.
