Is it possible to give 0 stars? Worst internet provider EVER! Internet was offline more than it was online. Sometimes up to 3 months at a time. They would take 3 weeks to come out on a service call. They would no call/no show on service call appointments. I will never use Cable America EVER again. I have switched to Wisper and love it!
Cable america has cornered me in my area for internet providers and they very well know it. My download speeds never exceed 31mbps and don’t even mention the upload speeds. The ping appears good for slight work but as soon as I want to play a game or join a video call it significantly worsens. Save yourself from the hassle and use an LTE modem.
