I would love to place an order but I can't get ahold of anyone. I emailed the customer service email 6/27, then again 6/30, then called twice and am currently waiting on the phone for someone to answer (for context it's 10am on a Tuesday).

Had to restart my order several times as it would empty my cart during the check out. Would not proceed to the next step for shipping and had to restart. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Good service. A very good Company to buy cables from.

I had to try three times to place this order.
Things I'd had in my shopping cart from the previous day disappeared when I tried to add one more item, then after I'd added everything AGAIN I tried to check out with PayPal, and the site never came back to the next step after visiting PayPal's popup.
Eventually – I laboriously created an account, with the shipping address pre-entered, and the purchase finally went through.

Easy to find and order products at fair price.

This is where I wound up after a slightly frustrating cable-shopping experience, and within 5 minutes of finding your site I had ordered exactly what I needed.

found something that will make a solar power connector to a Eufy s340 Solocam adapt from USB micro B to a TYPE C male. you should maybe offer waterproof adapters like this to use for outdoor (solar) applications. this should work with its beveled male side and some WD-40.

I had a hard time placing my order, but the associates were great. I was trying to place an online order which was a sizable amount and had problems with it not going through. I called customer service and the young lady was very friendly but after trying a few things, still couldn't figure out why it wasn't going through. I started this process on Friday and tried throughout the weekend with the same problem. When I tried again this morning and had the same problem, I sent a message when the review window popped up and stated my problem and left my contact information. Within an hour an associate emailed me and let me know their fraud prevention tool was blocking my purchase due the large total and that they removed the block and my order would now go through once I tried again. I immediately tried again and it went through! While it was frustrating when placing the order, I appreciate that the purchase was blocked if it had been fraud because it was a large amount.
